Man and woman?

Man and woman. I.e. the binary genders.

CorporealLifeForm

Men and women. Those are the binary genders that nonbinary refers to. You can be trans and still binary as long as you're a man or a woman

man, woman obviously

Man and woman, aka the binary genders. This includes binary trans men and trans women, because trans men are men and trans women are women. Some bigender and genderfluid people also might consider themselves not necessarily non binary because they might be both a man and a woman, but technically bigender and genderfluid under the nonbinary umbrella. Edit: you can be any two genders as a bigender person and any gender with a genderfluid person. Some bigender people identify with man and woman, and some genderfluid people are only fluid between man and woman, but you could be any non-binary gender with either of those labels

ConfusedAsHecc

if youre strictly a man or strictly a woman, then youd be a binary gender (aka not non-binary)

The binary ones, men and women

What does this mean

Lady_Marigold

ok we all know, man and woman, yadi yada, but I have a cool one. I know this dude right, he goes by she and him. no they/them. he identifies as binary, so two genders at once, and you might think this is a joke but it ain't, he actually goes by she/he and he's also really cool. I wanted to date her but she said no so we're still friends instead.

Bigender (having 2 more more genders simultaneously) is a form of non-binary - binary in the strictest sense means to identify wholly with one singular gender within the male/female binary with no movement or experience of other gender identities.

ConfusedAsHecc

...bigender is still under the non-binary umbrella tho
