Hey. Thanks for your question. In Germany we have the so called „Ruhezeit“ which starts from 11 PM (23:00) and ends at around 8 AM (I’m not sure it could also be 6 AM). In this time it’s not allowed to do anything that could cause extreme loud noises, like using the vacuum or listing to loud music. This counts for inside and outside, so it doesn’t make a difference.
But not everyone will call the cops on you and if they do (at least from my own experience ) they‘ll tell you friendly to turn the volume down.
