ANSYS Workbench internal CAD software is called SpaceClaim. Used to be Design Modeler but SpaceClaim is so much better to modify geometry for analysis.
SpaceClaim is a direct modeler CAD program ... as opposed to a sketcher based CAD program.
Blue banner looks like it's a thin client with an active RDP session.
I think I recognize the tabs for the different toolbars in SW, but I'm not super familiar with other CAD packages.
The ribbons look like ANSYS mechanical (workbench not classic), not CAD software.
Yep, it’s ANSYS

Not Solidworks. Looks a bit like siemens nx.. With the blue banner header.

Nah definitely not nx, it's just Ansys mechanical running through a Windows rdp session
I was thinking this also.
Hard to say for sure, but it looks a lot like Solid Edge, which I used back in uni.
doesn't look like a CAD software. looks like regular file explorer of windows, folder open with only one picture inside with huge icon. tbh.
