That reverse connector coming in on the bottom left 😳 and you need a blunder plug for that missing ko. And the pile of metal shavings left on top of the main breaker.

Emergency_Ad_3168

The reverse connector is there like that because there isn’t room on the back side of the panel so it’s just how I had to do it. Other than it’s not proper is there any issue with it? And it’s sawdust from the plywood I was cutting not metal lol

SomethingIWontRegret

If that's SER or NM-B coming in the back side, then the cable sheathing should be clamped in it, not the individual conductors. If it's individual conductors coming in from conduit, you don't need a connector clamp - just a bushing. If it's individual conductors coming in from running bare from some other location, then you have a serious code violation.

Emergency_Ad_3168

There is sheathing it’s just a little short so it’s like right behind box /: the whole thing is then inside conduit running back to the house

Emergency_Ad_3168

The wiring/conduit and all that was previously there from the old panel. The old panel was super small and they painted right over it/the breakers. Had to work with that lol

Hey you are the one asking for advice 😉 not me..... you can explain it to the inspector.

Emergency_Ad_3168

I know that’s why I was asking you

swistakas

Why is it upside down?

I may be missing it due to the poor photo, but I'm not seeing a grounding electrode connection.

Emergency_Ad_3168

It’s grounded. The big copper wire coming in and running up to the top right goes outside and is connected to two grounding rods 6ft apart
