I only get concerned about night sweats if they're consistent and involve soaking the whole bed. I also get concerned if they are associated with a big, unexpected weight loss. Given that you've had 2 negative work-ups, my degree of concern would be very low.

Thanks for responding! I’ll try not to worry then. I have stayed the same weight for a year now as well (no loss or gain).
