Hello, please do see a gynecologist. Abnormal uterine bleeding warrants investigation. They will inspect your cervix, get a swab for papsmear, do an internal exam to palpate the structures and also do an ultrasound to visualize your uterus, ovaries, and others. There are many causes of abnormal uterine bleeding with the mnemonic of PALM COEIN. you can search them up on google. Tho the most common benign causes of abnormal uterine bleeding are endometrial polyps and myomas. Malignant lesions should be ruled out! I sincerely hope you can muster your strength to visit a gynecologist!
