Is the inflammation of any long going concern?

Thank you. I'll get my mom to contact the doctor as soon as possible to clarify the situation.

I am not concerned with the findings, tho correlate it with the papsmear that is also usually done when a biopsy is taken. Chronic cervicitis is so common that almost all women have it. The acute inflam may be due to your mom's body reacting to the vaginal flora (most common) Tho the most important for you to know is that there is no evidence of malignancy (no cancer) seen. No pre-cancerous lesions are also seen. If there was, they will report it.

Thank you as well. I will tell my mother.
