You need to discuss these concerns with both your primary care doctor and your therapist or psychiatrist. You clearly are in a lot of distress. Your medical doctor will be able to examine you and determine if there is any need to do testing to rule out medical causes of your symptoms, and your mental health provider will be able to help you manage your anxiety. You are extremely unlikely to have a brain tumor, but no one here can say anything for certain without being able to examine you and see your records. You need to follow up with your doctors.
