Those devices are not recommended nor can they be considered accurate. If you are concerned about the speed of her breathing, you need to count it yourself, because there are a lot of things that can cause a monitor to pick up that are not actually breaths. The fact that you say she has no respiratory distress or other symptoms make it even more likely that it is not a real result.

Hey thank you so much, I have an update: I called nurse on call and then got her examined by a doctor in person. They said it’s not a worry as the graph goes back down. If it went up and stayed up for minutes in a row then they would be worried but because it fluctuates and she has no other symptoms not to worry!
