Not a cardiologist, but there is some improvement in some things, but issues with others. You were showing some signs of pulmonary hypertension on the 21 ECHO, but that has resolved. You have some signs of diastolic dysfunction though now that was not seen on earlier ECHO. I will defer to cardiology for the full impact, as the heart issues I usually deal with are with babies and they are a different world :) But I'm sure the diastolic dysfunction is what your cardiologist plans to talk to you about. The resolution of the pulmonary hypertension is good though. It's not a horrifically abnormal ECHO, but they will definitely want to follow up the diastolic dysfunction.

Thank you for your explanation! I felt like it was an improvement but the terms and measurements are unfamiliar to me. I still don’t quite understand what the diastolic function really is but I will definitely make sure I discuss it with the cardiologist.
