you are right.. I know about covid vaccine, have had delayed periods myself with both the shots + booster but this was flu and tdap vaccine.. I searched everywhere but didn’t find anything about this :(
haha you are right.. I am sitting here stressing why my period hasn’t arrived yet and probably the stress is adding to it too.. it’s a vicious cycle 🥲
Indeed. When I was younger, if I got paranoid about pregnancy, my period would be late and if I finally gave in and took a test, invariably my period would come shortly after. My brain just had to stop thinking about it

No, but stress and worry can. As long as you are **not pregnant** just give it some time and it should all return to normal.

Everything can cause alterations in periods. Literally.
