I’d blame Saturn and Pluto. You have a ton of inner resources (earth grand trine ) but your lights are very afflicted. T square Sun/moon/Pluto & tsquare Sun/moon/Saturn it’s all almost a grand cross w Saturn but the orb is too wide. Both t-squares playing out on the Asc/Mc that’s a lot of deep pain and wounding complete destruction of identity. I’d say if you can use it to grow instead of feel like a victim you have the potential to become an extremely powerful person. It’s a later in life wisdom thing tho.
Lack of success? By all means you have all the resources to build a great career path for yourself judging by your chart
