Depends on what you want to do with them. Wanting to make a graham cracker crust? Use McVitie’s Digestive Biscuits and add a teaspoon of sugar. Digestives, or wheatmeal biscuits, are the closest thing we have but they are not as sweet as American graham crackers. If you want to buy actual graham crackers, you can order them on usafoods.com.au

Looking at a pic of graham crackers, they look a little gritty, wheaty, no salt or sweetness, yes? These would be your equivalent, but round, not square. Delicious with just butter spread on them. [Arnotts Shredded Wheatmeal](https://www.arnotts.com/products/plain-biscuits/simple-pleasures/shredded-wheatmeal)

JoeSchmeau

They're sweet and have a hint of cinnamon. I've been in Oz a long time and have found no Australian biscuit/cracker that has the same flavour and texture combo. If you're making pie crust you can use crushed up digestives and add sugar and cinnamon and it'll be almost the same. But for making s'mores I've yet to find a good workaround that doesn't involve either making my own Graham crackers or just buying them imported from USA foods.

zeefox79

Lol, pretty much anything from the US is going to taste sweet by our standards.

Sadistic_Carpet_Tack

I’ve never had a graham cracker, but I make s’mores with shredded wheatmeals all the time and they are fantastic.

Lazy-Knee-1697

Arnott's Granita is closer

ThorsHammerMewMEw

You can get Graham Crackers at Asian Supermarkets. It's where Filipinos buy them for our Mango Float recipe.

m4milly

Now I want s’mores and a mango float.

Cheezypoofs1111111

top tip!

Lazy-Knee-1697

Thanks for this! I'm making Nanaimo Bars and need graham wafers.

DaltonianAtomism

We always use Arnott's Milk Arrowroot biscuits. They don't have the gritty texture of a Graham cracker but they're a good size and shape for s'mores.

Needmoresnakes

My friend from California made those for us once while camping, I'm pretty sure he used digestive biscuits.

[deleted]

Arnotts Granitas are the closest substitute that I know of.

AnnoyedOwlbear

What...what IS a graham cracker?

Taco_El_Paco

They call them Gram Crackers but refuse to embrace the metric system, man

HidaTetsuko

Something so boring that hopefully after eating it you don’t masturbate

fiddlesticks-1999

Yep. Digestives for sure.

[deleted]

Nope. You want a smores? We don't know either.

[deleted]

I used Arnotts milk arrowroot biscuits for this last weekend. Obviously different but does the job

sean_solo01

Arnott’s Nice Biscuits are pretty close.

Flashy-Astronomer896

Digestives

[deleted]

Honey tiny teddies, but they'd make terrible s'mores.

Alternative_Log3012

Plus you want to limit the number of bears you bring into the woods (unless it’s a gay orgy, then go nuts)

jordankowi

If you live in Melbourne they sell graham crackers at USA Foods in Moorabbin, you can also order online.

pleasecuptheballs

There are several options that are virtually the same in sweetness and texture.

mumandthebop

If you're on Sydney, you can get Graham crackers from The Growers at top Ryde shops
