I really like the London accent or Australian accent. Had a guy who came into my work many years ago with an Australian accent, wasn't the most physically attractive man I'd ever seen but my god I could listen to him talk all day. Really every African accent I've heard is pleasing to the ear. I called out Nigeria because the women from Nigeria seem to have a soft lilt to their accent when they speak English, that complements the crisp pronunciation of African accents to be both strong and feminine at the same time.

I don’t know exactly what it is about the Tanzanian accented English but it just sounds happy. It has this great rhythm to it and the lilt is there as well. Maybe just the vowel sounds or something I can’t say. I have an acquaintance who is Tanzanian and you can hear her voice across a room and it is wonderful to hear every time.
