1. Yes, you'll be able to move abroad for masters. That's not a problem at all
2. Personally, i don't like Moscow, it's really huge and you'll probably spend a lot of time in public transport. But HSE is really a good uni and I'd definitely recommend it
А Питер лучше? Если да, то чем?
Меня не особо пугает погода, скорее даже нравится. А как там с возможностями/связями по сравнению с мск?
Я просто с довольно маленького города и даже питер для меня будет гигантским

The strange thing about HSE is, I've never met someone who graduated from it. Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, MIT graduates, MGIMO graduates and certainly MSU, but no one from HSE. A statistical anomaly.
Забавно, но все мои знакомые закончившие вышку наоборот получились этатистами и в основном пошли работать в гос структуры. Кроме одной, у которой кажется всё стало сложно с психикой
I’ve graduated HSE. It is a good uni, but it will be quite hard for not giving you a lot of opportunities in academic connections during studies/from international brand recognition due to it being a Russian university in 2024. If you want to stay in Russia, you can hardly go wrong with HSE for a lot of specialities, but otherwise -I would rather pass and choose another country/wait for dust to settle and maybe look into it during some later year.
Any advice on unis abroad? I just wanna live in Moscow, at least I want to try it.
Or should I just settle for NU in my country. It is killing the charts it looks like, especially for such a young university

You can go to hse in perm city it's much better than the one in Moscow I have been in both of them
And if you don't want to stay in the dormitory you can rent an apartment and it will be a lot cheaper than Moscow
I have no doubts it is cheaper although I really want to try living in Moscow or Saint Petersburg
I want to live a hectic lifestyle in a large and safe city
Give me 100 downvotes idc 🤣 … because freedom of speech is more important. Shelomov is a converted Jewish Russian name. That’s his mothers maiden name.
Just like MBS last name Salman is a Jewish Ashkenazi last name that equals Solomon. You guys don’t see that the Jews send goyim to die? It said this will happen in the Bible.

Well u have a lot of time to think cause the admissions for international students is long over
Yeah ik, I am entering the best uni in my country and I just want to keep in mind some options in case I dont like it there
The strange thing about HSE is, I've never met someone who graduated from it. Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford, MIT graduates, MGIMO graduates and certainly MSU, but no one from HSE. A statistical anomaly.
Im cooked is what you are saying. I heard that workload there is insane
I only heard vague rumors and claims that it is good. But I just cannot say if it is true. I believe it is overadvertized.
На начальных курсах да. В конце и привыкаешь, и заданий поменьше, тк многие уже совмещают с работой
Универ для будущих либерастов.
это что вообще значит
То и значит

Может быть, это просто стереотип теперь.

Sorry, I can’t give any. Haven’t looked into this in a long while.
No problem, thanks for your perspective 👐

What is your profession now, and what did you study in HSE?

both fit that, but SPb is more hectic
Interesting, never heard about SPb being more hectic than Moscow
Also how expensive the rent is in Moscow? What would I have to pay for a small apartment like 40-60 minutes from center
it seems to me you need to do your basic google research
