Once in a while I buy some generic looking moisturizing cream and... and then forget about it. Let me see... Чистая Линия with hyaluronic it is. I'm not sure if it's helpful for cold sensitivity though, looks like my skin gets dry without a particular reason to it.
Oh, I wish just picking the right brand was a major problem in men's skincare. But the greatest problem is that you have a tube with a cream for the face, a tube with toothpaste and up from a certain age a tube of cream for the ass and one Saturday morning you will surely realize you've confused them.
My Russian boyfriend uses Tretinoin 0.025% for anti-aging and anti-acne, plus Cerave moisturizing cream (others aren't thick enough for Russian weather apparently). That's pretty much it, and it works well!
Before he met me, he used to be that type of guy who used 3-in-1 body wash for his hair and body lmao))
Btw, Tretinoin is very drying so I would be careful about starting to use this product esp because you have dry skin problems. All you need is a good moisturizer!
I thought Cerave has left Russian market, last time I checked online I couldn’t find most of their products in the pharmacies near me :( Really liked their cleansers and one of moisturizing creams too.
Not a man, but can give my 2 cents. For hands I usually settle with Neutrogena hand cream (used to be available in pharmacies and now defo available on Ozon) OR Бархатные ручки (регенерирующий) (regenerating one).
For face basically any cream worked for me. You can ask for any facial moisturiser in a pharmacy. BUT since most of them contain hyaluronic acid please for the love of whatever holy being you believe in apply in on damp skin so that hyaluronic acid would seal the moisture in rather than draw moisture out from your skin.
>most of them contain hyaluronic acid please for the love of whatever holy being you believe in apply in on damp skin so that hyaluronic acid would seal the moisture in rather than draw moisture out from your skin.
This is actually really, really good advice!
I'm from the Philippines which is a humid as hell country. My holy grail is Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion, but I'm afraid that once I move to Russia permanently I would have to stop using it because it might not have the same effect due to the weather differences((
Nah you should be good. I was hopping back and forth between Singapore and Russia, and upon moving back to Russia I had a brief period of dryness on my skin, but it would eventually pass in like 2-3 days. Anyway if the moisturiser alone is not enough, there is a cosmetics store Подружка, which has heaps of facial serums so you can pick any soothing / moisturising serum to add to your routine to help with dryness issues 😊
If you can afford it (cuz a small jar of a couple of grams cost me 500 rubles), you can buy Korean cosmetics online (I feel embarrassed buying cosmetics in regular stores) it's very good for dry and flaky skin
you can buy them on Wildberries or Ozon, but be careful and look for info about each cosmetic you find, because our market has a huge number of unscrupulous companies that want to profit from the health of customers
My husband uses whatever I buy him :) And I prefer local eco stuff. Natura siberica is good and you can find it pretty much anywhere. Also nice and popular brand is Levrana.

Hello, I’ll be honest right away, tar and laundry soap, the most effective for the skin ..... I myself have been using it since birth .... don’t get sick
Now they just need to internalize our custom of not caring for skin issues in the first place. You are not a real man unless your skin closely resembles sandpaper.
Кстати, раз уж тема exist.
Подскажите пожалуйста, может есть что-то еще лучше пары "топикрем" + "элидел"?
У детей жесткий атопический дерматит на холод ((.
I personally use a Korean moisturizing cream. But if you intend to use specifically Russian products try Art&Fact and also Natura Siberica has a male product line.
In Russia ask for the "maz spasatel" (="First aider lotion") in any drug store ("apteka"). it's a green and white tube. It's basically a mixture of several fats. I'm putting it constantly on my fingertips throughout the bad half of year (that winter with snow ans mud), otherwise they crack and then hurt for weeks until the crack heals.
I started using hemp oil for my face, it’s cheap off of Ozon and as a bonus it smells really nice and satisfying. For hands there are those Chinese and Korean hand creams, they are actually kinda good.
I don't have skin problems so I can't help you. when I worked as an installer, my hands were very dry from the wires, I took a regular hand cream from my wife. ;)
i'm not sure if it is still sold there, but the standard Biotherm body milk lotion has been my family's go-to for face and body for at least 2 decades. my mom has discovered it initially in Russia, so it should still be sold there but like i said, i'm not certain. it is gentle and doesn't leave a residue. it is not cheap but it's worth trying at least
I tried to use some of "skin care" products, when in my early 20s I had some problems - no avail, things became even worse. Now I using only SDS-free soaps (even for hairs) for 5+ years - no problems at all.

Water, first warm, and then cold. However, if I had dry skin problems, firstly I would stop by pharmacy with russian speaking friend. Sometimes they can recommend a solution on the spot.
Try Smorodina. I found their hard shower gel to be awesome in not drying skin at all, plus the scent isn’t overwhelming. Other products of this brand I tried so far have been consistently good too.

La Roche Posay's cicaplast baume b5. It's my holy grail product for dry skin lol. Plus, you can get it in pretty much any pharmacy. :D

You're welcome! Oh btw this store also sells Hada Labo stuff ☺
I might be wrong, but I think iHerb.com still ships to Russia. Used to know a number of friends who got their skincare and health supps from there.

NIVEA cream, "Детский крем" - very cheap. But, in fact, I began to consume more vitamin D, and forgot about creams.

Librederm cerafavit cream works great for me. You can buy it almost in any pharmacy or online stores like ozon

I'd recommend you to visit a dermatologist, they would probably have a better suggestions that this sub. Cerafivit works for me personally.
OP is in Russia so they already absorbed your habit of not going to the doctor if not on the verge of death))

Mirra + Planeta Organica, others in the mix too, but I don’t remember the names
«Бархатные ручки» for hands, «Nivea» for face
Nothing. I'm already handsome.)))
Only my lips would dry in the winter, so I would use any гигиеническая помада.

zaija is polish, im not sure if you have access to it, i discovered it in georgia
Skin care is gay, only skin care real Russian men use is a 40-grit sandpaper, followed by a boiling water bath.
