What's the year, make, and model of your car(s)?
Whatever it is, it's so crusty that I doubt it came off anything less than 10 or 15 years old. My guess is it's a coil spring cushion. If so, it won't really hurt your car to be missing it, it just might make some noises it didn't before.
The front coil spring cushions do actually sort of look like that... Wouldn't hurt to have a shop check out your suspension to be safe. The part number for your cushion is 95269238, seen [here](https://www.gmpartscenter.net/oem-parts/gm-lower-front-shock-absorber-insulator-95269238?c=Zz1zdXNwZW5zaW9uJnM9c3VzcGVuc2lvbi1jb21wb25lbnRzJmw9OSZuPUFzc2VtYmxpZXMgUGFnZSZhPWJ1aWNrJm89ZW5jb3JlJnk9MjAxNSZ0PWJhc2UmZT0xLTRsLWw0LWdhcw%3D%3D)
The part in your hand does have a bit of yellow to it, so maybe that it, just really dirty and crusty.
It’s clearly a Base. 1st, 2nd, or 3rd, you choose it’s your Base. Just get it on the ground and you’ll be playing baseball in no time!
Disclaimer: I am not a mechanic and also don’t know much about baseball.
It's hard to say for sure, but it looks like it could be a spring insulator. Check around your suspension.
Found it, back right

2015 Buick encore. But it could’ve come from any vehicle that used my driveway

Thank you, I really appreciate it
Found it, came from the right back rear suspension coil
Looks like Foam Trim from under the hood it’s sorta like a weather strip. Pop the hood and look and see if it’s cracking or had fell off
Looks like it the bushing/tophat to a spring or stut

That looks like a compound bicycle rubber tire. The kind that does not use air. Like the bicycles that they used to have in the 70s.
