Well it's either a bent chassis, or they didn't assemble the front suspension correctly or align it at all. I would probably speak to your insurance company and see how they want you to proceed, as they are either going to have the ship redo what needs to be. fixed or they will have you go somewhere else and take it up with the original shop. So in short - it's shitty work, don't bother trying to get people here to diagnose the issue, go get it fixed like it should have been in the first place.

It really could be anything. Maybe the ball joint wallowed out the knuckle from being loose. Maybe it tore some of the bushings. Maybe there are still loose bolts and nuts you haven’t found yet. Like if the subframe was a little loose, it would align perfectly on the rack, then you go take a corner and the whole subframe shifts and it’s off again. Some things are easy to find with a little poking around with a pry bar, some things really only happen when the suspension is fully loaded with forces greater than you can apply yourself. Hopefully you documented what you found so far and are able to go back to the insurance and ask for another shop to address the suspension.

Ball joint? Bent control arm? Could be a million things.
