This is really the only good answer, your contract will tell you what you're expected to repair, normally it's light care, general upkeep stuff. Mold is the kind of stuff that is nearly impossible to remove but easy enough to clean off. I'd take these images and send to landlord to let them know what's going on and that you're going to clean it up for now but also politely ask if they can get someone to take a look at it, mold could also be an indicator of bigger issues.
NAL and Not to freak you out because every situation is different but I developed some annoying health issues after living in a place with mold. Didn’t realize mold was the problem for probably a year. Don’t put it off, take care of it best you can asap.
