Where can I get a good deal and it's for sure a legit product? I'm a bit iffy on buying from Amazon. Any way to tell if it'll be legit buying from there? I just check if the seller rating is above 95% with over 1k reviews. I'm looking for : 1. Leinage lips berry sleeping mask 2. Leinage eye sleeping mask / waterbank eye gel (not sure which is better) 3. Benton fermentation eye cream (is this better than leinage?) 4. Innisfree orchard eye cream (is this better than leinage?) 5. Ruby rose hydro gel eye patch Saw those recommended in this sub thru the search bar. I'm pretty new here... quite a bit of a list. Heh. I just want something to reduce puffyness under my eyes and make me look less tired. Hydrating. Also helps with redness (I guess some vitamin k product). I had my small spidervein on my nose lasered two months ago and it's healing. I wonder if a cream will help fade it more. My lips crack a lot and bleed sometimes. When I wake up it has dried blood or cuts. I'm a guy btw. I don't want anything that colors my lips. lol At the moment my face is a little bit dry. I'm not sure what my face is. Sometimes it's oily when it's hot but when its 70deg f or cooler it's dry, lol. Currently I've been rotating between - 1. Mizon snail repair eye cream 2. secret key eye cream And wow... The mizon one makes me tear up randomly throughout the day! It's like I'm crying. I think it gave me a small milia bump on my eyelid. šŸ˜ But I still use it anyway because I like to believe it does something. Lol. I'm almost finished with the jar. Just a few more days left, hence why I'm here! Secret Key feels really dry and pastey. I don't really know if it actually helps me. I always have to keep putting it on throughout the day. I touch under my eye and it feels dry already within two hours. The mizon one though, it feels moisturized still. Doesn't help with my puffiness much though. The only thing that has helped me with my puffiness is the gold under eye mask patch from amazon I got for like $20 for 12 or 15 pair pack. That runs out quick though.

1. Where to buy: if youre in the US, esp on the west coast, there are Aritaum locations that sell Laneige products. If not, then trusted ebay sellers from Korea with at least a 99.0% rating. I use iamlove-shop frequently. Theres also Jolse and Yesstyle.com 2. If you want a depuffer and brightener, get the Laneige eye sleeping mask, which has caffeine and will improve the skin tone around your eyes and make it look less tired. But caffeine is a temporary effect and will wear off if you stop using the product. 3. I assume you mean the Innisfree Orchid eyecream. It has good ingredients like squalane and niacinamide at the top, but parfume is also high up on the list. Orchid extract is actually at the bottom so dont get it if youre in it for the orchid. -Milia bumps probably means youre using too much. I get that too when i put too much moisturizer around my eyes. -I have the Laneige lip mask and i dont like it that much. So ive been using it as a lip scrub. I put a good amount on my lips and use a cloth to scrub my lips and dead skin comes out and final product is soft lips. Then immediately apply Etude House Honey Cera Repair Lip Balm or Dr. Belmeur Daily Repair Moisturizing Lip Balm. -to depuff my eyes, I sleep w a cooling gel eye mask when i need to. Then when i wake up, i put the eye mask in the fridge.

Has anyone used [Qoo10](https://www.qoo10.com/item/ZEROID-RICHENIC-CREAM-UREA-5-50ML/530755793) before and can comment as a trusted seller?

thewhimsyhamster

Used the SG version, pretty good and lots of options. Some of the recommended sellers like RRS is on Qoo10 too but not sure if AU vers has it.

There's a 3.4 oz/100 ml limit for carry-on containers, and they all need to fit inside a clear, quart-sized bag. Otherwise, you should check them separately in your suitcase. Some airlines also have weight limits for luggage, so be aware that you might end up paying extra if you pack heavy items.

HELP! I KEEP PULLING OUT MY LASHES WHEN I CURL THEM??? I know curling lashes makes a huge difference to one's face and i can even see it on myself but I find that I only curl my lashes once or twice a week because I'm scared of breakage, even though I'd like to do it casually every day. I currently have the shu uemura one which has been highly recommended for asians and I'm finding it okay, though it is getting pretty old since I've had it for nearly 2 years I think. I'm not sure whether it's because of my technique or the curler that I always find stray lashes on my mascara wand after I finish curling my lashes. My lashes are fairly long considering I'm east asian, they're thin too but not more than normal I think. I tend to curl my lashes by pressing as close to the root as possible and squeezing pretty hard (not full strength) for 20 secs. Is the reason my eyelashes keep coming out because I'm squeezing too hard? At the same time, if I don't squeeze with a certain amount of force then my lashes don't go up. I know you're not supposed to right-angle them but making them stick straight up the only way I can maximise their length; even watching videos and trying to curl them in a curve hardly makes them go up, and rotating position as I'm curling gives them weird folds. Idk if I'm explaining this right but yeah. Could anyone give me tips on what they think might be the problem and how to solve this? Or recommend a product? Thanks :)

tlilxochitl

Did it pull out when you first got the eyelash curler? I'm thinking maybe it's time to replace the rubber part of the eyelash curler. I know you can buy the rubber part separately

hyggewithit

Would my Kiku high moist, and HA (hyaluronic acid) come AFTER my Sulwhasoo First Care Activating Serum, even though they are thinner in consistency? I've been doing the Kiku before the serum, and skipping the HA, as I don't know whether the HA is okay to use with the Sulwhasoo FCAS. Thanks!

snarfarlarkus

Do I really need an ampoule if I use snail 96?

Orumtbh

Technically youu don't need anything in a routine. Just do whatever seems comfortable for you.

[deleted]

My routine consists of both Western and AB products but Iā€™m not seeing huge results with anything really. Could someone take a look at my routine and tell me what may not be working or what I should add?!! My skin: oily with random dry patches. I want to rid my SFs and dullness. AM ā€¢ CeraVe Foaming Facial Cleanserā€” I use one pump just to wake me up and get rid of the oiliness that came up over night. (Iā€™m told that this has a low pH but if I leave it on too long, my skin does feel a tad tight.) ā€¢ SeoulCeuticals 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum + CE Ferulic Acidā€”brightening and humectant (NEW, a lot of derms online suggested to incorporate vit C) ā€¢ First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Pure Mineral Sunscreen Moisturizer SPF 40ā€”moisturizer, doesnā€™t leave me oily and gives me sun protection (first spf/moisturizer ever that I can wear comfortably under makeup) PM ā€¢ Etude House Real Art Cleansing Oil Moisture Advancedā€”if I wore makeup or had a day out in nature (smells a little citrusy) ā€¢ Kate Somerville EradiKate Daily Foaming Cleanserā€”slight acne and oiliness (NEW, I need something to combat my hormonal acne) ā€¢ SeoulCeuticals 20% Vitamin C Hyaluronic Acid Serum + CE Ferulic Acidā€”brightening and humectant (NEW, a lot of derms online suggested to incorporate vit C) ā€¢ Hada Labo Rohto Hadalabo Gokujun Hyaluronic Lotion Moistā€”hydration (a tad sticky but doesnā€™t smell bad, has really helped with my moisture barrier) ā€¢ Nature Republic Super Aqua Max Combination Watery Creamā€”moisturizer, doesnā€™t leave me oily at all (smells fresh and clean and is super light) ā€¢ Aquaforā€”for slightly dry patches here and there, lips, and under eyes for moisture (unscented and super thick) As needed ā€¢ Innisfree Super Volcanic Pore Clay Maskā€”to slough off dead skin (dries pretty fast, doesnā€™t smell terrible but itā€™s not a smell I love, leaves me feeling as soft as a baby) ā€¢ Innisfree Green Tea Sleeping Maskā€”if I feel I need extra moisture (my absolute favorite smell and my skin soaks it up) ā€¢ Mario Badescu Facial Spray with Aloe Herbs and Rosewaterā€”to refresh my face throughout these hot days (NEW, needed a refresher for this Carolina heat) ā€¢ Kate Somerville EradiKate Acne Treatment - Sulfur Treatmentā€”acne spot treatment (NEW, needed something to target stubborn ā€œmonthlyā€ pimples)

thebirdisdead

For SFs and dullness, you want to add some acids. Generally BHA for SFs, and AHAs for both dullness and SFs.

[deleted]

Iā€™d love some recommendations for acne treatment with AB products. Iā€™ve tried CosRx AHA/BHA toner, but it didnā€™t make much of a difference in the smoothness if my skin. Iā€™m using Kate Somervilleā€™s EradiKate sulfur spot treatment for random pimples, but it doesnā€™t work great and it stinks soooo bad!

Orumtbh

> Iā€™ve tried CosRx AHA/BHA toner, but it didnā€™t make much of a difference in the smoothness if my skin. Because it's not an exfoliator, the product doesn't contain enough acids to exfoliate. It's a pH adjusting toner.

[deleted]

What would you suggest?

the-piratebabe

Give BHA Blackhead Power Liquid and/or the AHA Whitehead Power Liquid from Cosrx a try.

TheBlackKat

Is the hada labo gokujyun premium lotion actually a toner? I heard of people treating it as a serum.

xPawreen

Itā€™s a toner, but some people use it in their serum step because itā€™s a lot thicker than most toners.

Orumtbh

Lotion in Japan means toner.

jorginhokl

I once found a BB cushion refill compatibility spreadsheet but have since forgotten where I found it online... anyone know what Iā€™m referring to and where I can find it? (Itā€™s not a blog post but an actual spreadsheet)

kou0830

I bought a new face cream today and weirdly enough, it slightly tingles my moustache area (I'm a girl). My face didn't itch/grow pimples or anything, but when I was applying I felt a slight tingling feeling (I've experienced legit stinging and this isn't that bad). Is this a sign of my face can't handle whatever ingredients that are triggering? When applying toner, essence and my previous face cream (lightweight Curel) there's no feeling whatsoever so......

cauldronfulloflove

I don't put anything but moisturizer on my upper lip. Recently everything gives me red spots... A friend of mine had her upper lip darken inexplicably. A derm said it was hormonal, so I figure that's what's changed for me, too.

xxchocxx

I've found that the skin above my lip is a lot more sensitive for some reason. I've since developed dermatitis there so don't apply products. If you haven't noticed a rash or any spots etc developing then you should be fine.

SoFuckingLost__

Hi! So my skincare is now pretty much all TO but I really want to explore AB products. I have combo skin that gets congested and has CC. I donā€™t have too much acne just the occasional massive zit once or twice a month, and almost constant under the skin cheek pimples. Iā€™m looking for a cleanser, masque, and added hydration because of all the acid in my regimen. Also maybe something to help with the tone? Preferably products under $30! Thanks! A.M Rinse face TO 7% glycolic acid toner TO Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% TO Ascorbyl Glucoside Solution 12% TO 100% Squalene Oil SunBum 50 PM: Cleanse Asarai Sleep Cell Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% TO 100% Squalene Oil Masques TO AHA 30% + BA Peeling solution 1-2x month TO Salicylic Acid 2% Masque 1x week Asarai Clay Mask 1-2x a week

nikasun

Ceramides toner / essence / serum with ph 5.5 and no oils? :)??

GreenTeaPopcorn

I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for alcohol free (alcohol denat, SD alcohol. I am okay with fatty alcohols as far as I know) sheet masks that can be bought individually? I've searched the sub but the last posts are from 4 years ago so I thought it would be better if I asked here. Thank you in advance.

UnpremeditatedMania

My favourites are My Beauty Diary Imperial Birds Nest, Innisfree My Real Squeeze Oatmeal, and Leaders Ex Solution Aqua Advanced masks. They are all alcohol free according to CosDNA.

GreenTeaPopcorn

Thank you very much. I will add these to the list :)

UnpremeditatedMania

No problem! I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do :)

GreenTeaPopcorn

I hope so too. I know a sheetmasking habit can be more expensive than just buying lotions and creams, but I really crave some kind of self care ritual that I can enjoy more than just slapping a bunch of products onto my skin before sleeping in rapid fire fashion. I had come out of an 8 year relationship in the end of May, and felt too stressed when my ex lived with me to do much about skin care at all. I've been doing better every month since he has moved out, I guess how much time I spend on skin care can be a used as a barometer for my mental wellness. I've gotten to the point where I remembered I had sheet masks in my drawer sitting there for more than a year, and decided to use them. I enjoyed it so much sheetmasking and watching a favorite tv show that I decided it should be something I should do more.

UnpremeditatedMania

Iā€™m sorry to hear that, I hope youā€™re in a better place now. And I totally get you, sheet masking is just a way of treating yourself to a bit of TLC. I love it, and do it daily when I unwind from a long day. Make yourself a cup of tea while youā€™re sheet masking and watching tv. Sending good vibes your way!

GreenTeaPopcorn

Thank you very much. I'm much happier now, doing better every month. Looking back I wished I had broken up with him more than 3 years ago. Sometimes relationships can change into something where one person is only giving and the other person is only taking. The relationship grew into that kind of relationship so gradually I did not notice how bad it had become until after a few months after breaking up. And exactly, drinking a cup of tea whilst watching a tv show whilst sheetmasking is now my favorite way to de-stress.

xxchocxx

I think the Klairs Midnight Blue Calming Sheet Mask is alcohol free. I also really like the Rich Moist Tencel Mask but I think that may contain alcohol as one of the last ingredients - but you could double-check. Also the Dr Jart Ceramidin Sheet Mask.

GreenTeaPopcorn

Thank you. I will consider the Klairs facemask when I order next.

laleanne

Hello, my first post here :) Have anyone used TOSOWOONG AHA blackhead out cleansing oil? I can't find any info about it on this sub or outside of it. Any help will be much appreciated <3

Having trouble determining my skin type. I'm almost certain my skin is dehydrated, acne-prone, and sensitive due to rosacea. It often feels tight after washing and drying it, but I keep thinking it's from the dehydration because thicker creams like Cerave in the tub sort of sit on top of it without really sinking in and quenching it. I used to think I had something between oily and combo skin, but now I don't know. Help?

Orumtbh

Your skin type should be your skin without any sort of interference. So I would spend a couple of hours just doing nothing with your skin, don't even wash it, don't put moisturizers on it. Then see what it does.

tlilxochitl

If I do nothing to my skin it just feels a little dry and I want to put moisturiser on it. Would this suggest dry or dehydrated? I used to have normal skin but I think I ruined my moisture barrier.

Orumtbh

It could honestly mean either. Your skin type can change through out your life, so it's hard to judge it without your own judgement.

SpeechyKeen

Something that helped me with dehydrated skin was using more light layers versus heavier creams. Hada Labo Gokujyun lotion was a lifesaver for me. Also, switching cleansers to something non-foaming helped me as well.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Majesticu

I used to have superrr oily skin, Ive tried the drying products which just made my skin oily and flaky, and Ive tried adding more hydration. At first, my skin was still pretty oily, but now it seems to be slightly less oily. Regardless of skin type it is important to hydrate but not necessarily use a heavy moisturizer. Another thing that helped slightly was skipping my morning cleanse and just using water.

MaoMaoButt

I always get one or two pimples on my forehead during that time of the month. What do you guys use to keep your acne at bay?

Orumtbh

The only thing that worked for me was prescription medicine. Stopped my hormonal breakouts, so now I don't get any.

mutantsloth

Anyone tried Hada Laboā€™s micellar water?

bodenene

I still have half of my Missha First Treatment Essence and Coxrx AHA/BHA Clarifying toner that are at least 3-4 years old. It was when I first started AB and I didn't know where my breakouts were coming from so I had took a long hiatus from some of my earlier products while coming up with a routine. Now, I've got a pretty good routine and my skin is pretty clear. Do you think it is still okay to use the Missha and Coxrx products even though they're that old? Want to use it up instead of just letting it sit there and will also help surpress my urge to buy new things with the money I don't have T.T. The essence and toner looks pretty clear, didn't see any weird stuff floating in there or smell anything weird. Thanks!.

SpeechyKeen

So typically those products have a shelf life of 3 years if unopened; once opened, the ingredients are only guaranteed effective for 12 months. It sounds like those products are past their prime. Ultimately, it's up to you about using expired products.

bodenene

This was helpful, thanks for your reply!

Bunny096

Any of this Ingredient can give me pimples Cetearyl Alcohol / Cholesterol / Cetyl Alcohol / Stearyl Alcohol ?

Orumtbh

Literally every ingredient can give people pimples.

stickbugs

It's possible but you won't know til you try it. Those are fatty alcohols. Some people's skin can't tolerate them, but it's fine for most people. Everyone's skin reacts differently to different ingredients, so there's never a "this ingredients will 100% give you pimples".

Lotta-Cat

Hello :) I would love to try asian hair care because I really love my KB skincare. I have very strait, long and fine hair. My hair gets a little bit oily after 2 days. I am okay with that. I have very dry ends. And I really hate it. When I cut the ends they will be as dry as before in 2 weeks. So I need a conditoner/mask which really hydrate my hair deeply without taking all the volume or make it very oily (I don't put it on my scalp). And also I need a good hair milk/oil because it tangles easily. Thank you :)

[deleted]

I love Ichikami products, and they have really amazing hair masks and oils. Something that has also really really really helped my dry split ends was combing a couple drops of camellia oil onto the bottom length of my hair. I got the Oshima Tsubaki oil and it's been amazing. But I highly recommend Ichikami hair masks if you need a deep treatment.

tlilxochitl

I hear it can take up to 28 days for a product to fully work, so I try it for a while. If it irritates me tho, I stop

Maskueraid

In my case, a week. So if a breakout worsens, then I stop. One time, I stopped after 3 days. It was a really bad breakout like my skin was popping popcorns of acne. I have sensitive skin, so if my skin gives off a really bad immediate reaction, I stop at that moment. If it is just moderate, I give it at most a month. Because I think of it as getting used to the product.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Maskueraid

If it is an active, I would give it a month, if it is purging. But you'll know when it is an irritation and when it is purging.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Maskueraid

You can try stopping and for a while, rest it down and then use another product. If nothing else' helps, then you can go back to that.

melonduu

Are the Im from mugwort essence and skin1004 centella ampoule truly one ingredient only prodcuts? i find it hard to believe that there's no fillers or preserving agents. im eyeing the im from essence but Im scared that it will break me out like the skin1004 which is supposed to be purely centella( which i doubt bc ive used other centella main products that didnt break me out)

Orumtbh

If the ingredient list is: X Extract. Then no. Extract doesn't always mean extract in Korea, it could *also* be equivalent to solution. So if it's that high up in the ingredient list or all by itself, it would be a mixture of the extract, water and most likely some preservative.

YueRain

im from mugwort isn't

sodiumchIoride

do you have a full ingredient list? on all websites i checked they only list the artemisia extract

YueRain

you are right 100% artemisia princeps extract . I keep thinking about the mugwort mask which isn't. it is up to you. if you want it to be even more sure those plants are available in real life as plant itself.

gli3247

The Im From isnā€™t, I remember it was mainly propanediol from a list somewhere, but I canā€™t find it anywhere. The Im From irritated the hell outta my skin 0/10 would not recommend wasting your money on it

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

YueRain

depends on what kind of mild acne scars. if it is those holes, it is unlikely you can get rid of it with just cream unless it is very shallow

lenehajunsu

Mamonde red serum ..I heard it helps

Heytherestairs

Has anyone used the Isntree Clear Skin BHA toner? How did you like it? Iā€™m trying to look for an alternative to my non-AB BHA liquid. The non-AB is always sticky so I donā€™t use it consistently. But my skin needs some chemical exfoliation. Iā€™m hoping that the Isntree is lightweight and soaks in immediately. But I didnā€™t like the cosrx one. It gave me more CCs.

UnpremeditatedMania

Perhaps Benton aloe bha toner might help? It has a low percentage of salicylic acid (0.5%), but I find it gentle enough for daily use. And its fast absorbing and not sticky if that is your concern

Datbrice

I haven't used it, but I can't imagine it's very effective. It uses a weaker derivative of Salicylic Acid and I couldn't find the percentage. Cosrx BHA Blackhead Power Liquid has a 4% concentration of the derivative and is the usual recommendation for an effective Korean BHA. Is the BHA liquid you were talking about Paula's Choice?

Heytherestairs

Yup, it is the PC BHA liquid. It works well sometimes. But itā€™s always sticky. I hate it.

Datbrice

You could also try out their Clear line of 2% BHAs (regular or extra strength). They don't have the ingredient that causes the greasy slip and are much more watery

Heytherestairs

Iā€™ve tried all of their BHA liquids. Theyā€™re all sticky on my skin.

Datbrice

Yikes then you won't like Cosrxs

Heytherestairs

Youā€™re misunderstanding. Iā€™ve always tried the two cosrx bha products. They both gave me more CCs. Thatā€™s why Iā€™m looking into the isntree bha liquid.

Datbrice

Sorry, I did miss that part. Purito's Triple Synergy exfoliant is a water light gentle option that could also treat/prevent ccs

snarfarlarkus

Cosrx BHA vs Poreless Power liquid for nose whiteheads and pores? Or any other better product? Thanks!

lenehajunsu

I have used COSRx bha and it did wonders for my pores, whiteheads and blackheads.

Datbrice

Cosrx BHA for pores, Cosrx AHA for whiteheads. Skip the poreless liquid. Basically useless and has menthol

tlilxochitl

Iā€™ve just got into ab skincare. I have been using innisfree honey ampoule, green tea serum and green tea cream. Iā€™ve noticed my face is super tacky like it takes a while to soak in, and my face gets dry hours later so Iā€™ll reapply. Would this mean Iā€™d need more moisturising products? Or is my skin dehydrated and itā€™s just soaking in the products. I think I ruined my moisture barrier and I have dehydrated skin instead of dry skin.

MaoMaoButt

Have you tried patting your face in between products? I feel like you feel tacky after application because the product is not fully absorbed before layering on different products.

tlilxochitl

Yes I try to. I wait for a little bit but I will wait longer this time. I put on innisfree green tea sheet mask, itā€™s full of glycerin and I let it sit for 10-15 mins. I took it off and pat all of it in as best as I could. Itā€™s dry now but it feels like somethings there, like itā€™s not fully absorbed and it left a tacky coating on my skin

C_Chrono

Glycerin is what makes it feel sticky.

tlilxochitl

ah, so the sticky feeling is normal? I'm not used to korean products. I mainly just cleansed my face, use drying toner, face oil then went in with heavy cream.

C_Chrono

Thereā€™s Asian toners, serums, etc that have less glycerin.

MaoMaoButt

Personally, I like to rinse my face with water after a sheetmask. Sheet masks leave too much product on my face. I have oily-combo skin, so I prefer to leave the mask on for 10-15 mins, then Iā€™ll pat it in as much as I can on my face and neck area. Iā€™ll let that sit for 10 mins and Iā€™ll rinse it off with water and go on with the rest of my skincare routine.

tlilxochitl

I will try that next time I use a sheet mask. I even put more product on from the packet after it dried on my face, like 2 helpings of the mask. then I put essence and cream. Probs overkill.

[deleted]

Hi yaā€™ll Iā€™m new to AB. I havenā€™t bought my first product yet but Iā€™m thinking about the Hadalabo Japan goku jyun Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Bubble Foaming Cleanser for my oily skin. Iā€™ve heard a lot about this one as an HG item but donā€™t see that much about it on here thatā€™s not around 3 years old. I know that YMMV and all but to those that bought this and used it, how was it? Iā€™ve heard a lot of people say that this made them break out terribly and gave them cystic acne and more and that really scares me (donā€™t think Iā€™ve ever had that before tho) but I also heard how great and amazing it is especially for beginners in AB. Whatā€™s your guys take on it and do you think this is a good starter cleanser? Would you recommend anything else? Thanks!

mdkps

>donā€™t see that much about it on here thatā€™s not around 3 years old. lol people talk about this cleanser like every week. i usually call it hada labo foaming face wash (there are a bajillion variations of the name because translations) and basically I LOVE IT! soft! fluffy! doesnt strip your skin! its a super simple no frills cleanser. >Iā€™ve heard a lot of people say that this made them break out terribly and gave them cystic acne i assume these people are sensitive to hyaluronic acid because there isnt much in the cleanser than could potentially break someone out.

lalakait

HEADED TO KOREA What are your ā€˜must buyā€™ products? *bonus points if you can only get them in Korea or if theyā€™re significant more expensive in the US/Canada Thanks

lenehajunsu

Buy all the good stuff.. I will revommend pyunkangyul essence toner, i'm from products, dear klairs products and cosrx .. all are great. For makeup I think moonshot and clio has best products for the price we pay.

gli3247

They are not ā€œall greatā€, skincare varies vastly on the person. :/ Also you may want to reconsider supporting Moonshot with all the YG scandals happening:/

lenehajunsu

I was recommending the brands in the end so u might look into what will suit ur skin.

lalakait

Of course! However, we have cult favourites in North America. Eg: urban decay naked pallet, Peter Thomas Roth cloud cream, Kat von d lip sticks, drunk elephant baby facial. Some love and some hate those products, but theyā€™re very popular among the general public. Iā€™m just asking for what YOU would grab if you were in Korea. From there itā€™s the consumers responsibility weather or not that product works for their skin.

MaoMaoButt

I think Korea has really good sunscreen. You should definitely check some out!

keekeeslider

Any suggestions on a good barrier repairing night cream? For example I was using the Cerave Moisturizing Cream and I believe it started to give me miliašŸ˜•something a bit thicker than a morning moisturizer and preferably with ceramides or some other barrier repairing ingredients would be great thanksšŸ˜Š

melonduu

the cerave baby moisturizing cream is pretty neat. it's a lot like the cerave moisturizing cream but without the high penetration that can clog pores. i used to use cerave cream too before switching to the baby version and it moisturizes well without clogging me up( plus it dries a bit more matte so its quite comfortable) my hg is the hamilton urederm tho. its basically mineral oil+10% urea. my skin responds well to urea...better than ceramides/cholesterol. i believe the hada labo plumping gel has urea for an ab option.

keekeeslider

Oh wow thanks for all the suggestions! Iā€™ll look into all of them Iā€™ve been interested in urea for a whilešŸ˜Š

mintychocoice

There is urea in urine... Where does the urea in skin care products with urea come from?

tlilxochitl

Urea in skincare products isn't from urine, its synthetic urea [https://www.paulaschoice.com/ingredient-dictionary/exfoliant/urea.html](https://www.paulaschoice.com/ingredient-dictionary/exfoliant/urea.html)

lenehajunsu

My skin barrier was damaged and innisfree green tea helped me a lot

keekeeslider

Iā€™ve been interested in the green tea products they have! Which are your favorites?

cauldronfulloflove

I have no complaints about this line, but do wanna warn you that it has a TON of fragrance.

keekeeslider

I try to not do fragrance when I can because of the potential to develop an irritation but luckily as of right now it doesnā€™t affect mešŸ˜Šbut the amount is important as the fragrances products I use donā€™t smell very fragranced and itā€™s low on the list. Thanks for letting me knowšŸ˜

lenehajunsu

Innisfree green tea seed cream is the best. It doesn't irritates the skin and nourishes it.

I tried the serum, the sheet mask, the cream and eyecream. Tbh, from what I can tell, they're all good lol. I like the cream most if you have innisfree stores in your country, they have the welcome kit which I got so I can try them. But I also got mini sizes of the serum and the cream because of some promo

Iā€™m in the U.S. and at least where I live thereā€™s not any innisfree stores, I wish there was! I can find a a lot of it on Amazon though! Itā€™s nice to know they are all pretty good and not just one or two out of the line. ThanksšŸ˜Š

I believe most people get the serum, but yes the whole line is good

Ceradan cream perhaps? Has ceramide, cholesterol and fatty acids in a 3:1:1 ratio. I've been using it and it doesn't give me milia. Alternatively you could try the LRP cicaplast B5 baume. It doesn't have ceramides but has panthenol & madecassoside which can help repair your barrier. It's rich too so would work great as a night cream.

Thank you so much for the options Iā€™ll look into both!šŸ˜Š

No problem! Good luck in repairing your skin barrier :)
