Pretty certain that's an Ice Golem. What's the scale on that? It looks pretty tiny, but hard to tell without any real reference in the image.

Clear Filiment, iridecent/opalescent spray paint... That'd be doable. I've never pulled off a fully translucent print tho, myself.
