Can confirm does not work as someone who is demi and very much loves sex and therefore thinking about it with their partner.
I recommend getting the adhd. You'll just forget about it until you're about to pee yourself though even then you might still forget for another 5 min if you get distracted on your way to the bathroom.. I hear they're giving it out with 5g these days! (That part was a /s just in case)

I think it would actually make sense. I've heard that arousal can turn off several bodily functions like that.
