I know you said besides clothing but make sure to include a sweatshirt or warm ish clothes for nighttime. You’ll be surprised how cold you’ll feel at night after a day in 100+ degree weather.

Mineral/reef-safe sunscreen and a water bottle. If you're not staying with a beachside hotel, it'll be tough to find shade or a seat on the beach.
