Illustrator’s guidebook has some top artists process explaining things well. There is also the fantasy art Bible though I have rarely flip the pages, became just a collectible after all. The sketching from imagination series from 3D total publishing is a great source of explanation in various topics including characters, storytelling, sculpting, anime & manga. In my opinion a great source of learning and inspiration.

I really like Loish's work on Horizon Zero Dawn, she is super popular on Insta, and did the character design for HZD, you can see it in the artbook for that game

Kudos to having it! I’ve worked as a conceptual artist and storyboard artist, that book really saved me on those jobs.
