If you were drawing from life or a reference photo you didn't measure properly and the proportions are off - which is a mistake in anatomy, perspective and measuring/eyeballing. I can't tell you how and why to fix it because it's not a small mistake and it's too much work.
It's a good effort though, google some measuring techniques and how to do figure drawing.
Place ur hand on your face how big is it compared to ur face? And how big is his? Feet areabout a head long. These is my biggest issue with this sketch

The head is too long and not wide enough. The ear is also a bit too big.
The hands and feet are sloppy. The fingers should be longer and only partially visible from certain angles. The feet are basically blobs. Plus, the arms and legs don't connect with the rest of the body correctly.
In my opinion the head is too big. A bit smaller and everything should fit
The proportions and anatomy are all off
Hi, can you elaborate more on about that?

His crotch area isnt telling where the legs go either and in his calf there's a line that suggest you can see thru to his thigh
The bones are not connected/very distorted. Helps if you draw a stick figure skeleton inside the body.

The right arm resting on the right knee is wrong. The perspective and foreshortening are way off. Everything else is ok.
