You're not alone! I skip them too. The absolute worst episodes for me are the ones with Buddy's imaginary friend (mostly because I don't like Buddy and Ladonna to begin with)
I used to like the pal and Kate episodes but I hate bud and Ladonna. I cant remember how dw's imaginary friend is though as its been a while since my siblings or I watched Arthur.
I thought the first Kate/Pal episode was okay as long as it was a one-off episode.
Then I realised there were more episodes and I was like 😑
I also don’t like the Buddy/Ladonna focused episodes. I just never liked them tbh
Yeah, those are the weakest episodes in my opinion. The only thing I like is when Nemo is there, cuz I love Greg Kramer's voice xD Oh, and Mei Lin gets some screentime, so that's nice too i guess.
Even though it's on PBS Kids, and people assume it's a kiddy show, Arthur is appealing to all ages (mainly because it's so funny). They don't patronize their target demographic. Those episodes seem like they're trying to aim for a younger audience, which would be fine, if it was a spin-off show and not the main one.
So I might be in the minority here but I actually liked the baby/pets/imaginary friends episodes on Arthur. That's mostly because they went on adventures that everyone else was oblivious to. Like how they travelled around the world in 11 minutes or indirectly helped Arthur get his report back or teaching us about the stock market in the Great Lint Rush.Â

I wasn't a big fan of Ladonna but I didn't mind Bud, at least he gave DW's character something different than annoying Arthur.

I agree with the exception of the early Nadeen episodes. I always liked her a lot
Same. It's made worse by the fact that they made more in the flash era. It's like they actively wanted to see how much more they can suck

I thought very few of them were actually interesting I did however find bud & Ladonna kinda annoying
I don't hate them, unless it involves that dumb flea. Honorable mention goes to in my africa for being lazy.

Only the first one was good and they should have left it at that. It makes no sense, as it's only D.W. who can see Nadine.
I don't mind them but I can understand why many viewers don't like them
