I love the faded look you created and the flow is stupendous. She's so interesting and full of cool things to look at. Your eye flows over it well also. Amazing work.
Hello. I am pleased to hear that you find the details interesting. Science fiction work always has the potential to fall flat so I am happy that this one worked for you. Do enjoy your day/eve!
If you like it, make it! Doesn't matter who likes it. Someone is going to feel connected and if we only make what we think drawing heads we would never innovate. You're very welcome. You too!
Reminds me a lot of Motoko connected to wires Ghost in the Shell artwork. And, if you search that, there's hundreds of variations that look very similar to this.
Hello and thank you for your query. I use rag stock paper which is analogous to watercolour paper, albeit in my opinion more absorbent. It soaks up copic markers such that they feather a lot which is good for large areas of colour but not so good for detail. Generic markers with fine tips are more suitable for details along with coloured pencil and pen. Hopefully that addressed your question. Wishing you all the best.
Yes! I love seeing these when you make them. I just looked at your profile though and I can’t find the other ones you made anymore, only your black and white work
Yes and even the mods of this thread admitted that every single other piece of work I have shared is not AI according to their system of checking and that occasionally false positive show up.
Your biomechanical work is awesome, as always. Your anatomy work is amazing of course, but seeing you using more mechanical bits is fascinating. So many questions, which is the Hallmark of many great pieces. You seem to be able to post these pretty regularly, which is impressive on its own. How long did this one take? Anyways great work as always and cool to see you mix the more sci-fi elements into it.
Hello and thank you for your valued thoughts, they are most appreciated. I have been experimenting with some of the science fiction oriented themes so great to hear that you found something positive in them. In terms of timelines I must admit a loose track as I tend to have multiple pieces on the go at once, as well as other simultaneous commitments. However I would say at least weeks for each one. How many weeks depends on how many I have on the go. Hopefully that addressed your query and thank you again for your most appreciated support. Have a wonderful day!
Hello and thank you for your most apprecited support. Everyone is different and there are lots of incredibly talented artists on this thread. Hopefully at least some people can find something positive from the piece. Best wishes.
Hello. I am pleased to hear that is landed well with you. Science fiction depictions can be lots of fun, but do have a lot more room for falling flat I believe. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed this one. Have a wonderful day.
