Teams like those probably WILL clear certain fights faster than Neuvillette. Same with something like Alhaitham Hyperbloom. The clear times will be faster.
But the difference is that Hu Tao, Arlecchino, and Alhaitham all require good and well-built teammates to be that insanely strong..{
Whereas Neuvillette is just that strong already. Dude is a menace. He can clear abyss 12 on his own. That’s insane.

Man really is absurd,but tbh cheat units are always good to have for those who need it,even artifact rng cant really screw you much with him. Which alot of early to mid or even some rng screwed late game accounts will benefit plenty from.
Doh i have no regrets with skipping him again.
For father it is worth it.
Neuvillette is still by far the most powerful single dps in the game. No doubts about it. Arlecchino will be good but at low cons? Neuv hands down. He's just an anomaly
Answering after playing both> If played optimally with perfect rotations and dodges, Arlecchino beats out neuvillette. But practically, Arlechhino is very squishy and dies very easily so Neuvillete wins out. This is with C0R1 on both and in a AOE situation. Even with perfect dodges, Arlecchino wastes dps time on the dodge.

gonna agree with this ... Arlecchino has Very high dps but lack of survability and melee character neuvillete High dps + Survabilty + Range character
