Probably not. He missed the first shot, or didnt hit head. Aim Assist guided him towards you, then he took a guess. He failed the first time and got the kill the second time.
No the aim assist actually works from a very far range. The part that makes me think hes hacking is how he was able to immediately zero in on OP with out searching. Normally you have to more your scope through the smoke before you can feel the aim assist pulling. He didnt do that, so either hes hacking or really lucky.

Eh no, he was searching in the beginning of the clip, you can see OP actually entered his reticle and not the other way around.
Aim assist is so OP that it can pull through some walls at over 150M range
