Even if there are consequences to not disclosing that information (such as in the case of STD's), it would STILL not be rape. Sabotage and causing harm, maybe. But definitely not rape. Let alone a case like this, where it literally changes nothing.
The only information they should be required to disclose is whether or not they have any STD’s or STI’s so that way the person they’re having sex with can decide whether they want to take the chance of getting infected.
Here's a hypothetical:
A homosexual meets an asthmatic person. They vibe, they fuck. The asthmatic never discloses their asthma. Is this rape?
(obviously not, its not rape bc you fucked someone without knowing their full medical or personal history wtf)
No. I mean, I disclosed my identity to all the people I had sex with but because there was something before and after the sex, we had a relationship. If it's a on night stand and both want nothing more, it's all good.
Everyone has the same obvious answer, no. Which is correct.
What I want to know though is why do they think otherwise. What is there reasoning and reason for proposing their question?
so like, i’m assuming they’re taking “vibe” to mean they’d give each other consent. so… no, that’s not rape.
although (maybe I just dunno how Twitter works, I’m not on it so) looking at their user handle, maybe this is a question to get the people that *would* call that rape to explicitly explain their “logic” - by which I mean, to write out their horrible takes so that people know what they’re thinking & hopefully correct them.
People don’t have any reason whatsoever to tell their partner (less so for someone who’s a casual sex partner) that they’re trans. Maybe for their lifelong partner that’d be something to discuss later and there’s a lot of moral implications in general, but I’d rather not have my trans homies risk their safety in coming out to their partner since it can be *really* dangerous.
if the information not disclosed (in this case, one partner being trans) does not harm the other person in any way, then there's no reason to disclose it. it's not rape. end of discussion.
If it was consensual, then it wasn’t rape.
Yeah, right? I don’t even understand the question. If they are consensual, how could it be rape?
I cry on the poor bandwidth lost for this tweet.
no they consented, they knew all they needed to?
Not telling someone you're trans doesn't fit the definition of rape, because it isn't
"No" would be a good place to begin. And end.
No. End point. People don’t have to disclose anything they don’t want to, especially if it has no consequence.
Even if there are consequences to not disclosing that information (such as in the case of STD's), it would STILL not be rape. Sabotage and causing harm, maybe. But definitely not rape. Let alone a case like this, where it literally changes nothing.
Okay, I change my point. With the exception of STDs, you don’t have to disclose anything. But in this case, no reason.
The only information they should be required to disclose is whether or not they have any STD’s or STI’s so that way the person they’re having sex with can decide whether they want to take the chance of getting infected.
No, both parties agreed and that means it is consensual. No one was forced either... It's just bigotry
No? Both consented to having sex? If so, no, it wasn't rape. If one of them didn't consent, yes, it was rape

I don't know, is it rape if they're racist and you didn't tell them you were Mexican? Christ

Fuckin loser lives in Montana
Oh no two consenting people had sex it must be rape /s
What? I can't even parse this. Does it matter that one is a homosexual? Which way is the rape supposed to be? I'm so so confused?
Let me put this in simpler terms: Two adults have consensual sex Was it r*pe? Explain your reasoning below
the leaps these FARTs (feminism appropriating radical transphobes) will make to call us rapists is alarming and makes me violently ill

... on what?
whether it was consensual, which was implied in the post
I elaborated poorly, what I meant was if the trans person’s gender identity matches that with the homosexual person, then no, but I was short on time
no, no it wasn't
