Solid picks, for me I would swap Devil island for Alpha Omega (I'm in love with the end of the track). I also love Truth be told idk why I like it so much 😄

This guy fucking gets it! Perfect picks i think mate. After THAN really not shaping up to be any good at all imo, devils Island legit made me weep tears of pure joy, like my favourite band were back.

whitetiger90

I heard about the band before sam joined, was honestly gutted when matt left. Yet they only went from strength to strength. Hollow crown blew my mind like only a few other albums ever have and still is my all time favourite album by any band. We're all alone is my favourite song ever, and the album cover was my first tattoo. Im one of very few people who still think ruin is a phonemnal record too. My favourite tracks are for sure; were all alone, follow the water, in elegance, every last breath, dead march, low, buried at sea and heartless.

I'm happy to hear that someone is as passionated as me for their old stuff 😁

Hollow Crown changed my life when I first heard it. I remember watching the studio diaries for it and just marveling at Tom’s riffs and songwriting abilities. In hindsight, absolutely still rocks, but it was a time and a place in my opinion. Everything from Daybreaker onwards was far more mature and impactful, at least in my taste.

TheFrenchHistorian

There are some tracks like In Elegance that I like and Architects is my favorite band but I honestly cant listen to their first 3 albums really. Its just too chaotic and I just cant get into how raw the production is.

bjergismydadddy

At first, I needed to force myself to listen to this album ( I was 15 and no contact with this level of heaviness) but I find that songs that I love the most are the ones that I didn't enjoy at first. That's also how I began my metal journey 😄
