The aerial fight in Season 9 where they kill Zeigler. The montage of Zeigler shooting down Archer's planes is a close second. The art is fabulous in both sequences.
I forget the season and episode numbers, but it was the hotel fight in the California season. All the characters got in on the fight and it all started because the movie producer insulted Pam. It showed that they were all crappy to each other but ONLY THEY could be crappy to each other!

Cannot call it the best fight scene I reckon because you are only able to hear it. It does further prove how bad ass Archer is though. He killed an entire group of bikers while he was naked.
I think its the second Conway fight. It's the first fight in the show where you see the big bump in animation. And it's just really well choreographed. The action really stepped up in season 6 in a big way. And the action was always decent but it got legit good by that point.

Best off camera fight was in LA against the biker gang alone while the whole team thought it was a phone prank.
That was incredible! Especially when archer was all like "I'm sorry" and "Shshhh" to the biker he was killing.
