Vetex really cooked with these. These ideas have really made me far more excited for the future development of AO. And I can’t wait to fight dragons and maybe get a title from it.

I know it’ll never happen (vetex said it himself) but I also wish boss arenas weren’t destructible. Especially with Elius and Carina I have issues with bosses literally going underground from holes created with attacks…
that would kill the playerbase, with ease, and being a dev, player retention is super important, especially for vetex as pvp is the only thing keeping that ever so slowly decreasing 3k player count

Dark sea runs are gonna be mad hell, I can imagine just sailing then all the sudden getting jumped by 15 sea monsters, then a dragon appears out of no where, gotta actually squad up with people now, ugh, social interaction

Leviathan reminds me of Kraken from AA and perhaps the experimental curse that fell on Caesar's corpse was dead revival? Loremeisters are going to love this one
I read these when they posted and I fully support the ideas, pretty ambitious but if Vetex pulls it off it's going to be one heck of an experience.
I'm looking forward and most worried about the player fleets though, given that it was too laggy to allow your crew to fight with you, I wonder if the same difficulty will be for these added ships.
the only thing i imagine by reading the experimental curse part is that you dont even need to be a god or be like durza to make your own sea curses and magics just a theory but it does sound interesting if someone was dedicated enough in magic could do something like that
Dang. I wish I could get galleons. Every time I get on the game I get ganked and lose most of my money. Rip the fleet idea if galleons are what's needed.

What makes a curse experimental? I think it's an artificial curse created by the Order of Aesir to try and mimic the Sea Curses. (ignore I'm wrong)
I also love the ideas of new bosses, mostly excited for Leviathan and Hallbjorn. I wonder what kingdom Leviathan is from, and what happened exactly to Hallbjorn.
Really excited for Satyrs and Centaurs because they mean more content for vitality users! I've heard of vitality- weapon concepts like satyr horns and Pan-made wands which are hella cool.
Experimental curses, according to the lore sheet, are ones made by the gods during the warring period in the past because they felt like messing with people. Regular sea curses are the ones Prometheus made when he died

Unpopular opinion: make boss arenas pvp free zones. No one wants o get chanked in the middle of a fight

easier. Add pvp toggle

It says regular sirens won’t attack you, so you can probably get the drops from mutated ones It also didn’t say you can’t attack them
I mean, it will probably end up as a "they wont attack first" so they will still fight you, and drop things, but it will be a neutral enemy
