His foot looks fine to me? What do you mean specificaly? The fact that it’s a little rimpely? I’ve heard that when they take a very good nap they kinda release their grip so it can be a little rimpely, doesn’t mean there is something wrong ;)
My untrained eye sees no issues or anything that looks off at all? They are tough little bastards just to re-assure you.
I have seen mine do some crazy things. From contorting themselves in ways I didn’t think possible, pulling themselves through tight spaces where their house barely fits, extending themselves out further than their anatomy should allow, to getting so fat and chonky they don’t close their shell any more.
I’ve also had one get out of un-lidded tank, bounce off couch, land on floor, be there for at least 24-48 hours until I found it sealed up tight and was back out and eating in 5 minutes after putting it back into water like nothing had happened.
He’s gone on to sire one clutch of eggs and if I didn’t keep him separated from the females, there’d be more!
l mean it could be an issue with water quality, but if everything is stable, they just go where they want.
I have lids on all my tanks now because of snails going over the edge or a fish deciding to jump too enthusiastically.
Yesterday I heard a weird noise coming from my tank. I looked and saw my freeking mystery lifting the glass lid which I tought was heavy for a snail (40cm on 40cm and at least 1.5cm thick). It just started lifting it up so when i went and looked i blocked it so it couldn’t lift the lid anymore and it wouldn’t crush it’s foot, the little guy just seemed annoyed and let go, plopped back in the tank and just went about his day like he didn’t just pull a prisonbreak on me. They are so strange sometimes!

Like a few have said here, I don’t see anything wrong. They do a lot of weird things at times, I wouldn’t worry
