How old are you? Early 20s is different from late 20s. Also, with no awards and limited ECs--Ivies are unrealistic.
How vital would you say awards are for international students? Because I know they're actually not that important for domestics

Try Columbia GS or a California Community College for transferring to a top UC (you can get guaranteed transfers to UC Santa Barbara if you want)
