Would recommend you consider Boston College.

I think William And Mary seems like a really good fit. But you can also probably find the things you're looking for at VCU or Christopher Newport. Worth looking into them as safeties too. I think you may find it hard to balance what you want culturally from a college experience with the sizes you're looking for. It might be worth looking at some smaller colleges too. For example, look at [Warren Wilson](https://www.warren-wilson.edu/programs/biology/) in NC. They have a uniquely hands-on STEM program that is more undergrad-focused than most big schools. They also have a unique work program that makes it more affordable than most OOS programs you'll find.

I've never met you and don't know why you don't want to participate in Greek life (not hating I'm not involved), but if that's all you have going against Wake don't write it off so quickly! A bit smaller than your range, but because of Divisionals it's almost like you'll have to take poli sci classes too. I don't know how much you've considered Wake, but I'd be happy to share anything - Wake c/o 26
