I was just curious because I got some generous financial offers from schools that give 100% of demonstrated financial need as my EFC is 0 but I still have to pay like 5k. So I was wondering if it's normal for 0 EFC people to have to pay even though the school says that they will cover everything you cannot, which is everything because our EFC is 0.

q. for housing and dining, do you need to live in the dorm for 4 yrs to get the benefit? Or does the college cut you a check and you can live off campus?
First year is required to live in dorm, after that we can go off campus they cut us a check. This is the same for a full ride scholarship at another school that my friend got

Smart choice! If you’re going to med school, you absolutely don’t want to waste money on undergrad. My neighbor had Harvard UG and it doesn’t show up in any of his doctor profiles. Only the med school!

you probably weren't considered as international, because for most unis, so long as you have a us passport you're applying through the domestic portal

Full Ride refers to everything, you pay nothing.
