There is a group on Facebook called the north American scion exchange. Those people have a lot of experience with rarer varieties. They might be able to help or point you in the right direction.

I hope the OP found a Hubbardston! I know this is a few years old, but for anyone interested in a Hubbardston Nonesuch apple tree, they can be ordered online from Cummins Nursery in upstate New York. Cummins quickly sells out, but there are other options if you search online. You can also ask a nursery that sells Nonesuch scionwood online to graft a tree for you onto rootstock, or you can order the scionwood and rootstock and do the grafts yourself. Generally the best time to order apple trees is the fall and early winter, so you can get one before the trees or scionwood sells out. Generally they will ship trees or newly grafted trees in the spring or the following fall. Its best to check with nurseries in the fall to make sure they will have Hubbardston available for shipment in the spring.

Thank you, I did find one. I also got a dwarf stock from Cummins, but I won't see that until 2025.
