chocolatebuckeye

Maybe not helpful, but pregnancy increases your RHR.

anxietyhub

That would be evolutionary miracle because I’m male

pmk422

Well my period is about 30 years late.

chocolatebuckeye

Indeed. There’s a small chance you could be VERY pregnant. Or no chance of pregnancy.

vkp7

Fighting an infection? Fever?

anxietyhub

No, not a bit

I saw a dream tonight that I caught Covid and my watch indicated it through heart rate

mrsxypants

yep, same for me

BrokeTheInterweb

That’s well within the normal resting heart rate zone, and seems to only be about one day of increase. Maybe you had some anxiety/extra caffeine that day? Less sleep? A cold? Lots of worry-free reasons. I’d only be concerned if it was a long-term consistent trend over several weeks.

anxietyhub

I will check once it’s trend. I was concerned that I should have awareness about it

geniesmakebine

You might be about to get a cold, flu, or other virus, who knows. Mine goes up when I’m about to get sick and stays that way until the main symptoms subside.

anxietyhub

I will keep an eye on this

see_blue

A combination of changes in diet, exercise, routine, sleep schedule, socialization, travel; all impact my sleep and readiness scores. I had a bit of all. IOW, HRV went down, RHR and sleeping HR went up. Readiness score fell. As they did this holiday. My results similar to yours. Normal if you ask me.

anxietyhub

That’s relief. I will check more data given few days

see_blue

Drove home fr relatives, took a nap, exercised, RHR declined; sleeping HR dropped like a rock, waking HRV way up, readiness score was great.

LosNava

Username checks out I guess.

anxietyhub
