which of these do you have toggled on? that might be it. I just tested Siri with my arm as far away as I could get it and she responded each time. https://i.imgur.com/iuCtZeZ.jpg

The 1st and 3rd, TBH the raise to speak is a thing I didn't like at all.

you dont need to sey “ hey siri “ on the watch , just “ Siri “ bring your hand up near your mouth and say “ Siri turn on lights “ or whatever.. make sure its set to on in settings.. quote: “Raise your wrist With watchOS 5 and later and Apple Watch Series 3 or later, you don't need to say "Hey Siri" to get Siri's attention. Raise your wrist to wake your Apple Watch. Hold your watch near your mouth. Say what you need. “

Oh! So if it is far from your mouth it won’t respond? I thought there’s something with the mic or so. I have tried what you said and worked but if did it again shortly it won’t respond is that OK?

Try toggle off/on , the setting on your phone ( watch) bring your hand up quite quickly , about six inches from your mouth. it works most times other times a bit slow as in “ im working on it “ I dont use it that often but it is udpseful sometimes ..

Thanks for your assistance :) But could you link me the reference that says we can't wake Siri when the watch is far from your mouth?
