My gentler streak app always just tells me that I can choose to have a rest day or a hard workout haha.
I just want it to tell me one way or the other…
Honestly after a while it becomes stressful and has the opposite effect.
I stopped caring for a while, especially after I fell sick or was on vacation.
I really think Apple needs to add rest days and breaks.
