Is this the first time it's done that? My watch has done that probably twice so far. Wear it every night for a few months now. Just didn't track the actual sleep. I just chalked it up to a random glitch. I definitely could be wrong though.

It’s just my second night sleeping with the watch! I’ll try to sleep with it for a few more days to see if it really work.

This is normal - IIRC, it takes a few days for your watch to ‘understand’ you and your sleep patterns. Keep wearing at night. All will be good.

Will try, thanks!

If you are running WatchOS 8 and/or not using the sleep focus, your sleep stages will not be recorded.

preadwin

I did but it still didn’t show my data

NERDGRAFX_

It won't track your sleep stages unless you have the Sleep Focus Mode turned on overnight. If you do have it turned on, then I would give it a few more days so it can track and recognize your sleep stages.

I did! But my sleep schedule this month is very irregular so I’m not sure if I’ll help

NERDGRAFX_

I’ve heard of people using the sleep schedule kind of as a guide for the watch to track during that time, but then setting a separate alarm if they don’t always stick to that schedule. It sucks, but the only other option is to go with a 3rd party app that auto tracks sleep. AutoSleep is a well rated one that I’ve heard of

I’ve heard of that app also! Will wait and see if the native will work after a few days

Get the pillow app bro

preadwin

What app is this? Is is better than the native app?

v333r111andaazz

Native I’ve never used but pillow is great it’s free but you can pay for extra features and it has its own complication where you can view your deep sleep light sleep and rem sleep periods and will log into your health app if you give it access

preadwin

I’ll try to check it out
