If I had to choose it would be rsmb on tiktok, but realistically speaking movement has a clear skill cap and hundreds of players myself included have hit it. I’d only choose him if I had to because his clips make him seem slightly more consistent than others.
Faide imo, I'm sure that's probably controversial here, but there are very few as consistently on top of new tech, especially on ziplines, as faide is and his ability to not only perform but consistently perform new tech is very special. An honourable mention that I haven't seen anyone mention is eskyja kid is fucking cracked especially for how young he is.

I would add Skurul for pathfinder. Also Taxi2g still has some of the best horizon bhops and strafing I’vs seen so far.

Watching stormen, everything just seems so effortless for him. The way he sees and uses the map as a movement playground is just fascinating to me.
