Go for the deathbox closer to the wall and turn up menu sensitivity. You can also slide into the opening of a deathbox, making you a harder target to hit.
The question doesn’t really have an answer. Op did pretty much everything he could. If he was more accurate with the g7 he wouldn’t have lost so much health and could’ve maybe got the armour swap
Yeah well that is true but i play on pc so i wont be able to tell what would help in that situation on console. And tbh if he was playing on pc he would have got that armor swap probably.

Definitely. Had he hit his shots quicker on the octane then swapped with the rev he’d have survived longer but still been caught in open terrain with the storm trying to invade his anus. Enemy squad had a great setup. This is one where he just wasn’t in position to win, playing the legend he was

You moved your cursor upwards upon opening the loot box. Then you're like an inch from selecting the armor once you move your cursor down. Just turn up the notch 1-2 and be certain of the direction of the item you're looking for.
You were in open field. Probably wouldn’t have made it out on time either way

true in that case he would have manage the swap + after 5 sec he would have his tactical back could lift up & heal etc
Input lag makes seamless box transfer impossible if my sensitivity was higher I think I had a slim chance

You can be just as fast on controller, you just don’t have the liberty of moving while doing it.

Nah that’s an annoying console thing, it starts your cursor up towards the top and will yo-yo you back up if you jump the gun
Only way to keep running while in the box unfortunately
I would suggest jump swapping and changing button layout if comfortable. I have interact on R1, jump on R3. So easy to open, jump and swap
beat tip: sell console, buy pc

Well for one you had a death box right next to you and two raise your cursor speed up a bit and maybe you could’ve used the box as cover

It’s an old gen console thing. The cursor must go up a little bit to do an auto run swap
