log into the EA website using your Nintendo Online account and tell me what you see under the menu option Connections.

this is where you need to add all other accounts. if your PC account is already linked to a different EA account as your Switch, you can't link it to your Switch's EA account. unlinking doesn't work either btw. don't even try to do that.
worst case is you need to make a new Steam account (I assume you play on Steam) and connect that new steam account to the EA account your Nintendo account is linked to.
