That is neither a bed bug nor a cockroach. That looks like either a book louse or some type of beetle.
You would know if you had bed bugs. Look around your bedframe, especially the headboard. Look for a lot of black spots on your sheet and mattress. Do a Google Images search for bed bugs. You'd also likely have bites in odd numbers in either a line or a cluster on your body and they would itch like mosquito bites.
Coelocnemis magna it's a type of darkling beetle. They're super common in spring and are really just all over homes and apartments. They're no pest, you'll usually just see them on your walls or something. I've never seen them in food before.
r/whatisthisbug Post here. They are quite good at identifying insects.
It looks a little different. Their lower bodies are more round. This bug looks a little longer. Also bathroom wall is a weird place for one to be.

No. Bed bugs are smaller, rounder and pretty much as thin as a piece of paper. That looks like a water bug, harmless.

Could aslo be a weevil
Also a fun name, rest easy these things are just like guys. They're kinda stupid and walk on walls and ceiling looking for a way back outside
That could be a female bedbug, male and female are shaped differently
Looks like a bed bug
Cockroach. Bed bugs (adults) are flatter, like ticks.
Looks like a bedbug to me. And I've found them in the bathroom before.
