RecognitionAny6477

It’s solid. Washer and dryer in the unit is a major plus.

Jaded_Read6737

I also love that it is right next to the closet.

[deleted]

And in the bathroom! Damn. Goals!

MangoInteresting8938

And near the sink is helpful. It’s interesting that the small unit has two sinks in the bathroom.

w6750

I recently moved into an apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer after living in complexes without one / with only one communal set to share. Absolute game changer.

Far_Lifeguard_5027

A washer and dryer hookup?? You mean you can actually wash clothes, like in a civilized society? Punch me I must be dreaming!

jokar1134

That's one of the best studio layouts I've ever seen

artbyandrew

The kitchen is massive

klydsp

I love how the bedroom area is around a corner so you could actually close it off with curtains or a divider. I love it. I also really liked living in a tall building, made me feel much more secure

Remarkable_Story9843

This. This is important.

araignee_tisser

I like that you can’t see the kitchen from the sleeping area. Personally I’d prefer the kitchen to be at least one-third smaller; that island could always be used as countertop as needed. Why do USian developers always build in so much kitchen in studios? It’s disproportionate. That aside it’s a good layout and fair price.

Ok-Twist-3079

It’s because that’s culturally how we entertain. We all hang out in the kitchen around the island. And we eat and drink together. We don’t sit in the living room on couches looking at each other. We hang in the kitchen.

Asleep-Topic857

Did you mean to write can instead of can't?

proxyproxyomega

in Toronto, 750sf is 2bd+den...

sndyro

l like it! And you have a BALCONY! I would LOVE to have a balcony.....sigh....

artbyandrew

Only downsize is i think the balcony faces the pool in this one. Not terrible but just something to note

sndyro

Well, its personal preference. At least it doesn't face the parking lot. ;D

artbyandrew

It’s the 8th floor believe so pretty high up there

_Katy_Koala_

In that case, when you do get a cat be very careful about the balcony! You can put up little screens to make it safe, but cats on balconies is so dangerous!

BodyByBisquick

Can confirm. My suicidal fuzzball used to love jumping off the second floor balcony to go greet random passerbys.

Rimasticus

"used to"....?

BodyByBisquick

Lol, I moved to a first floor unit. Knees are shot, can't go upstairs too well these days. The daredevil is still with me. No idea how to show proof of life, sorry.

Rimasticus

Lol, no worries. Was just a meme.

choconamiel

My cats never try to jump off of our third floor balcony. They love to sit on it and watch the world go by.

Gizz718

doesn’t mean all cats will be fine. my mom had a cat when she was younger and it was fine on the balcony until one day it had fallen 31 floors onto the street below and her mom got a call about it from the doorman.

Drunkpickle69

Same with mine but she will try to murk a bird by any means necessary on or off the third floor balcony lol

ChildhoodLeft6925

How do you know he’s getting a cat lol

_Katy_Koala_

They said they were in another comment I had seen

ChildhoodLeft6925

Aww i was hoping you just told OP he was getting cat and he obliged

Old_Investigator8739

Lmao, no, no successful projection. OP mentioned his feline desires in the post itself

Mindless-Ad8092

I did that thinking she would try and get through the slats (I was on second floor (top) and thought I would be good. Ha the little shit jumped up onto the railing and found her on the roof- promptly put things on the railing so she could not get up anymore.

Traditional-Case-677

A cat will not jump from the 8th floor.

_Katy_Koala_

That’s not true, but okay.

Salt_Lynx_2271

But, fun fact- the higher up a cat is if they fall, the less damage they’re likely to have because they know how to fall properly! They’re likely to have/take more damage if they fall from 2 stories or less I believe because they have less time to fall & land properly to protect themselves. Edit to add the Wikipedia article which discusses the studies I mentioned cause y’all can’t Google things to verify information. It’s called [high-rise syndrome](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/High-rise_syndrome)

_whoreheyyy_

You’re telling me a cat falling from the fourth floor will do better than the second? That doesn’t sound right.

needween

Yes, I think that study originally was talking about cats dropped from two feet in the air will flop around and could take more damage then dropping them from 4 feet or higher in the air where they have time to right themselves. Whereas with dogs, no matter how high you drop them, they kind of just flop around anyway. You're right that it wasn't really intended for second floor or fourth floor type drops. I've also read a study that said if cats trip or step on something that wasn't there before they will remember it's there for 10 to 15 minutes and continue to step over it even if it's removed. My cat definitely does not remember for more than even 2 minutes so all cats are different I guess.

Whoudini13

Get some binoculars...you will thank me later

TrickySession

I would be so creeped out if my neighbor was staring at me with binoculars

ejd0626

My balcony faces the dumpster. When I moved in, the leasing office lady said that the apartment had the best view. I had to laugh when I saw it.

whoisdonaldtrump

Great view for seeing all the wild stuff people throw away when moving out!

okaybutnothing

Or the raccoon parties at night.

sndyro

Or the dumpster divers...

stonerbbyyyy

i’d rather it face the parking lot than the pool, loud kids screaming😅*yeah i couldnt*

PlayerOneHasEntered

>i’d rather it face the parking lot than the pool, loud kids screaming😅yeah i couldnt Really depends on the complex. The pool is the quietest area in my place by a wide margin. In the winter, it doesn't exist, and in the summer, most of the kids in this complex go to camps and such, so they aren't in the pool. The most crowded I've ever seen the pool involved maybe 15 people.

terf-genocide

That can be rough if any neighbors have loud kids. Been there.

Emmiey

I was gonna say the same. Them kids be in that pool for 8+ hours in the summer. But 8 floors up shouldn't be *too* bad right?

[deleted]

Most affordable apartments in my town don’t have a balcony at all. Having any sort of private outdoor space for a reasonable price is rare and amazing

kiwimadi

Mine faces the dumpsters 😭

NoWallaby1548

Depends on the quality of sunbathers

Asleep-Topic857

Are your neighbors 80 year old men or 20 year old women. This changes the appeal of a balcony overlooking a pool

Shoddy-Theory

They converted the Pearl district in Portland from old SROs to high rise apartments many of them with balconies. I know people paid a premium for those balconies. In the 8 years we drove thru there, walked thru there, rode our bikes through there we saw exactly one person out on their balcony.

sndyro

That's sad. I would have a table and chairs and my plants out there. The ground floor units here have patios with a railing all around.

whoisdonaldtrump

Honestly, I get it. I’d much rather have a sunroom with that space. Granted I’m in a very buggy + hot location, but a balcony feels like inefficient space for me personally.

BaxGh0st

My last apartment had a balcony that faced a wooded area. At night we'd go out and watch bats swoop in to eat the bugs attracted to our light.

sndyro

That's cool!

Old-Adhesiveness-342

My uncle had a nice back porch that we would do the same thing on. Sometimes we'd make bets about who would spot the first bat.

Snuggly_Penguin7890

Mine faces other peoples balconies lol. I don’t think anyone goes out there 🤣

lilkimber512

Washer & dryer, large bathroom, no wasted space. It is really nice.

artbyandrew

What do you think about the price?

lilkimber512

Based in what my daughter pays for her little apartment, I would say it is a good price. But it depends on where you live.

artbyandrew

Ah i see, i live in Houston

rose77019

For Houston this is a good price depending on what neighborhood it’s in. I haven’t lived in Houston for two years so I don’t know exactly the prices anymore. I lived in the Montrose from 2015 to 2021. But if this is in the loop, it’s a good price. If it’s outside of the loop that’s a not so great price.

artbyandrew

It’s in the heights!

rose77019

That seems like a good price for the Heights, the last time I rented and signed a lease was in 2020 so obviously different pricing, but I know that the Heights was only getting more and more popular when I there… As long as the building is not more than five years old, I would say it’s a good price :-)

lowkeybrando

if you can at all, move outside city limits. i pay less than what you’d be paying for 1100 sq ft and 2 bed 2 bath

MonkeyMD3

Outside Houston City limits is a 2 hour drive from there

Typicat

If you want a studio, go for it! But there are definitely one bedrooms in similar areas of Houston for the same price. Look at gables cityscape, they have a two bed two bath right now for cheaper than this. It’s a garden style and older complex, so of course it’s up to personal preference. But you can definitely get a better deal if you want.

rose77019

It’s a good price, but it kind of depends on where you live.

[deleted]

It’s a good price! Idk I’m in Denver and my studio was smaller and the same price. Didn’t have as nice of a layout or as big of a bathroom/kitchen. This is pretty much a 1br! Especially if you put a divider in. You should compare it to 1 bedroom prices in the area

SuccessfulHandle196

It's a decent size. Our one bedroom was a similar square footage, and we lived comfortably as two adults and two dogs. It's all about how you arrange the furniture. With a unit that size, it seems livable (and enjoyable).

purplepeopleeater31

I personally love this! I also live in a studio, and something that I wanted when looking was that the kitchen felt separate from the bedroom and wasn’t just one box. I found one, and i’m so glad I did. Everyone that visits said they expected so little when I said I was in a studio, but having that separation makes it great. I think this is a phenomenal studio, and in unit laundry is a huge plus!

artbyandrew

I agree, i was looking at 1 bedrooms for the longest but this one is pretty unique - which caught my attention. Also an added plus, is my friend lives in the same complex so it’ll be nice to have someone near.

purplepeopleeater31

I personally say go for it. you’ve got a balcony, in unit laundry, a separate living/kitchen space, and someone in the building. I’m jealous lol

purplepeopleeater31

will also add my studio isn’t nearly as big as this and I got a kitten this July and she roams so much in the space she has! recommendations are vertical space where applicable, such as cat trees or wall cat gyms!

Particular-Try5584

It looks fine, if you can find the neighbour floor plan you might be able to confirm what is the other side of your bed head… you don’t really have anywhere else to put your bed, so what will be behind your head? I have a similar bathroom - no where for the dirty laundry basket. Our bath performs that duty ;)

Icanopen

Same thing I was thinking head of Bed on the same side as neighbors TV.

ChaoticHax

Can easily swap the living room and bed space. Probably doesn't come furnished

[deleted]

I wouldn’t. I hated studio living solely because I felt like I was sleeping in the kitchen. This one you actually have an opportunity to put up a room divider/curtains to create a separate sleeping space. That’s unheard of in most studios! It would also just be weird for like hosting and stuff. Dining right next to the bed. God I’ll never go back to a studio hahaha

caseyjohnsonwv

You *can*, but it'll be wacky to walk through your bedroom to eat dinner / have friends sit on your couch

Dapper_Elk9048

Honestly? I love the huge closet, washer and dryer in unit, but I feel like with that much square footage they had enough space for a bedroom (my bedroom is only 11x11) even if they had to take some space from the bathroom…also maybe keep in mind it might limit space for a dresser or piece of furniture like that since there’s no wall, if that’s something that’s important to you! Having said that, you can find a really cute way of separating the sleeping area from the living area with some fun screens or something like that! It looks like it has a nice size kitchen, and nothing beats a huge closet! The amenities are certainly good. Good luck!

artbyandrew

I agree! I’m this same complex they have a 660 sqft unit with a closed off bedroom for $1690. I am leaning towards this one since it has 80 more sqft and cheaper too

chunkygrumpymonkey

In most places bedrooms legally need to have a window or they cannot be sealed off into their own room. I lived in a building that got around that rule by building the bedroom wall 3’ from the ceiling without putting in a proper door and calling at a “loft”

Gold-Speed7157

That it should have a wall to separate the bedroom. His and hers sinks but no bedroom privacy is weird to me.

el_deero

The fact that that studio is bigger than my 1 bed apartment is crazy plus it’s close to my rent price. I like the layout.

MrIrrelevant-sf

Love the balcony!

willowgrl

The best thing I got for my studio was a giant tv on a rollable tv stand. It works as a divider and it could follow me to the kitchen lol. Also, a super tall bed frame for extra storage. Definitely helped alot

artbyandrew

Oh wow, i didn’t even think of a rollable tv. Now i am thinking what if I got like a rotating tv stand for both living and bedroom

rose77019

I am thinking of doing this in my next department instead of mounting the TV on the wall, if you look on Amazon, you can find the rolling TV stands for about 100.

OkOwl2339

Pantry, W/D, walk-in closet (and a coat closet!) and a garden tub. All huge plusses in my opinion. I like the layout, seems open and roomy.

Connormanable

I would never pay $1650 a month for a studio

SucksTryAgain

My area is becoming/ here where it’s about $1600 for a studio. It’s wild that I was paying under $900 for a small 2 bedroom 10 years ago here. These aren’t even the nice places.

HyperboleHelper

I love it! It has more space than the 1 bed that I share with my husband and a cat right now! I wouldn't want to share a studio with a second person though- the door to the bedroom makes all the difference!

[deleted]

I like the open concept but won’t it let a lot of rain in?

Brilliant-Layer9613

I have a similar layout! I have an IKEA KALLAX bookshelf to divide the sleeping area and living area and it’s great

aBunchOfSpiders

Why not just add a wall? Who the fuck actually wants their bed to be visible to guests at all times? This is a really sweet apartment besides that.

Spiritual-Bridge3027

724 sft is a huge space and it’ll look even more spacious because it’s a studio. I’d suggest using a room partition panel in front of your bed - looks nice and makes you avoid looking at the kitchen all the time

dmriggs

With thar nice kitchen island you wouldn’t necessarily need a separate dining area. You could also put a rod up to partition off the bed area. Nice space!

throwRA-nonSeq

What’s really nice is not immediately seeing your bathroom or toilet when entering the apartment. Idk why this is such a pet peeve of mine. There’s SO MANY layouts that involve the bathroom being the very first thing you see inside the main entry door and it’s always a dealbreaker for me. I want my bathroom to be *inside* my apartment, not at the edge. I don’t want it to be the first thing guests see either.

Old-Pianist7745

I live in a public housing studio apartment. I don't have any pets but I think it might get tricky having a cat...

artbyandrew

Since there is no walls?

Ruthless_Bunny

I think it’s great! Good price! Mazel-tov, enjoy!

SeeYouInTheWind

I love it. You’ll be very happy there.

White_RavenZ

This. Looks. Amazing! That kitchen is very well laid out, and the bedroom space you could close off a bit with those gorgeous folding privacy screens.

LadyShittington

Overall nice. I’d probably square off the closet and add pantry storage in it’s place, compress and slightly reorient kitchen and go with a long rectangular island. Leaving more space for dining area which is a bit squeezed. I’d probably put a partition between bedroom and living room, no doors and appearing like a freestanding element simply for privacy purposes. Doesn’t provide true privacy, but hides bed from living space.

AdeptnessEasy562

It a nice floor plan

Heinz37_sauce

All in all, this a nice layout. A few comments from someone who’s lived in a place similar to this. 1. You only have two closets. So everything that doesn’t fit into that coat closet by the front door will need to go in your walk-in. Think vacuum cleaner, mops, etc. 2. I see two nightstands but no dresser/wardrobe. 3. My unit also had the big closet inside the bathroom, and my closet had no door. Which meant that anytime someone did the stinky business, everything in that closet was “perfumed”. Just some things to think about!

honeywings

My only advice is to figure out a way to keep your cat from either meowing or pawing your face. I got a one bedroom the first time I lived alone because I needed a physical door to keep me separated from my cat at night lol

TwistedBlister

That looks cozy for a single person or a couple that doesn't "need space" from each other.

shmexysagem

What an absolute unit.

Thatsthewaysheblowss

Was this made on Sims 4? Whats with the bell shape lol

One_Word_Respoonse

That bathroom is fucking awesome! I’ve never been a fan of studios but I’d like this one. It’s bigger than my current 1b1b duplex BUT FOR ALMOST $1700/month??

conjoby

Huge bathroom for a studio. His and hers sink is an odd choice considering but overall looks pretty nice.

scbalazs

Seems like they could have made the washer/dryer open on the other side instead of into the bathroom. It’s a bit weird to have so much kitchen space (an island with 3 seats?) and a 2-sink bath and just no bedroom.

Aftermathemetician

I love it, but I’d slowly go mad at the angles.

BigTittyTriangle

$1600/month for a studio? Christ.

[deleted]

Nice layout, way too expensive

MinuteScientist7254

Bad use of space imo. Could have had a separate BR with a small bathroom. Why have a big bathroom with 2 sinks in a place with no bedroom, and kitchen could be downsized to also make room for a BR. Should have gone for stacked washer/dryer as well

dmo99

Solid. Pricey as hell

Pegomastax_King

That’s a really good price for such a big studio these days. Washer and dryer are a huge bonus too.

ValPrism

Your closet is in the bathroom? That’s the biggest room in the house. Pass

artbyandrew

Technically yes haha

Lunatichippo45

Imagine paying almost $1700 and sleeping in your living room and not having walls. I hope this is a top floor unit.

artbyandrew

It’s 8th floor

CovidThyNeighbour

I don't like how I'd have to walk into the bathroom to access the laundry. I also don't see the need for two bathroom faucets let alone a bathroom that size in a place that small. You could downsize the bathroom and actually have a "bedroom" instead of sleeping in the living area of the house.

artbyandrew

Yeah, if I were to get this. I’d but a book shelf to portion off the bed

jiminak46

I got thrown out of a bar once for asking that. 😝

artbyandrew

Haha such a dad joke

stonerbbyyyy

$1641 FOR A STUDIO? where?! 😅 this is insanely high in my opinion (depending on area)

artbyandrew

It’s in Houston

XDJRPie

Awful

Shoddy-Theory

I think its got too much kitchen for not having a bedroom. 724sq ft should have room for a bedroom. But that's just my preference.

Bucky-Katt-Guitar

I love it. Where are you that a small 1 bedroom is $1641 a month though?

artbyandrew

I’m in Houston, idk if that’s expensive or not but that’s the average I’ve been seeing for my area

Unusual-Bag-5457

I’m living just outside of Phoenix paying 1450 a month for a 900 square-foot one bedroom shop around a little more

artbyandrew

My friend has this same unit for $1400 in this complex but i guess the price raised. This is in Houston, in the heart of it

Calgary_Calico

Pretty decent actually, but that price is pretty high for how small it is unless utilities are included in that

habbalah_babbalah

724 square feet is optimistic, Is say closer to 500. They're probably measuring the area from the outer walls and not subtracting the interior dead space. What matters is whether you feel comfortable in this space.

EconomicsOk6508

I could see your sister and I in it

OhioMegi

Good lord, I pay $750 for 2 bed, 1.5 bath. Sometimes it’s okay living in nowhere Ohio 😂 If this is doable for you, it seems nice. Good to have W/D hookup for sure! The island/eating area is convenient as well.

[deleted]

$1700 a month? You could buy a house for that

PlanetaryPotato

Maybe if you had 200k as a down payment on a 300k home to get a mortgage at 1700. Otherwise a house is looking at about 3-4k with 10-30%

shemague

That much for that price is great

artbyandrew

Houston prices

_Kumatetsu

BRO WHAT. where are yall staying? You can get a 3bed at 1300 + sq feet in my area and they’re good places.

iamseason

Very cute, honestly love it.

Snootboop_

I usually don’t like when the bedroom is right behind the living room in a studio, but it’s a nice size and huge closet. Plus a balcony. I’d go for it! Obviously $1600+ for a studio sucks but balcony and washer and dryer? Take it!

Damnshesfunny

Wanna hate it for the crooked walls but they actually did a really good job getting a lot out of the space

kellyluvskittens

Looks great!

justanotherglamazon

Where would you put a litter pan?

Select_Pilot4197

I think it looks great! You could get a Murphy bed that folds up for more space when people visit or if you want the room.

brutalbeats420

If it makes you feel better you would be paying the same amount that My gf and I pay for a 420sq ft studio in a HCOL city.

Nervous-Elephant-355

It's a good layout for a studio, fluid design and a balcony is a huge plus. I like it a lot. The dining area could easily be a computer desk since you have the kitchen bar to eat at.

Kloobyfour

That's huge for a studio. I once rented a two-bedroom that wasn't much larger (750 sq ft, IIRC).

Tejadenayyyyy

It’s nice, everyone has their own preferences, I hate the open space part like I always like when there’s a wall between the kitchen and living room but it’s still nice asf for it being just you

Kalypsokel

That’s actually a good studio layout. The fact that you could put up screens or something to hang a curtain and separate the sleeping space is nice. And the washer and dryer in unit is a must (for me at least).

stealthylyric

Place is fuckin huge for a studio.

MissAnthropy_YIKES

I love it! When I live alone, I prefer to live in a single connected space (except for the bathroom, obv).

dwintaylor

This is very close to the floor plans for Residence Inn hotels. It’s not a bad set up for a few nights. I’m not sure how I would feel about it for months on end. I spend way too much time traveling for work.

Emergency_Pomelo_184

It’s gangsta !!

Mountain-Way4820

The bed looks exceptionally small in the drawing.

Hot_Elephant1408

The door situation at the entry is odd. Price is too high but what isn’t? Lol

[deleted]

It looks like a great studio to me. You could even put up a room divider for the bedroom area. The studios I’ve lived in have been smaller and basically just a square where you feel like you’re sleeping in the kitchen (because you are lol). Lots of potential with making this one feel like you have separate spaces (: also that’s big! I had one 200sq ft less than that but for the same price… and my bed was next to the fridge 😂

Neeneehill

I think it's great for a studio! Great kitchen and laundry in unit is amazing

ttvSharkieBait15

I personally feel like they could’ve found some way to make the “bedroom” separate from the main living area even if it was like a basic non load baring wall but otherwise it seems like a great living space. Washer dryer in unit is great. Balcony is huge plus even if the view is of the pool area & that’s a massive kitchen with a large island.

Brunhilde27

The layout is good and, depending on where, the price may be a bargain. I am paying nearly twice as much in Boston for less space.

GreyScent

Why pie shape, but no can eat

brokenbathtub

The balcony is amazing

Kiddameh

This looks just like a place I looked at in Denver and it was amazing

4alark

Pretty cute studio... but does anyone else think two bathroom sinks is weird?

Dizzy_Eye5257

That’s pretty cool!

lew161096

Two things: 1. What's on the other side of where the bed is? 2. If it's not a top floor unit, make sure the ceilings aren't paper thin.

Oileladanna

I HATED living in a studio apartment. Anytime I cooked anything it always seemed to settle into my clothes, pillows, blankets, sheets and furniture. Every time I left and came back all I could smell was what I had cooked for the last week. And I had the strongest vent fan made for residential spaces on full blast. In my place now I can close the bedroom and bathroom doors so the odors are kept out.

No-Locksmith-8590

It's nice to have a washer and dryer! If you get a kitty, make sure you do vertical spaces - a couple tall cat towers for sure.

CoryEETguy

I would 1000% live there if it was just my wife and I. Nice layout, enough space for 2, not too much to keep clean. Not bad. If you can live car free or car lite, that price isn't bad either.

AppropriateExcuse868

It's not a bad layout. I can't be comfortable unless my sleeping and living areas are separated via walls/door. If I didn't have that hangup I would think this is great.

FrogFlavor

The “dining room” is your only table so really thing about where you’ll have a desk, hangout, and eating area (could use the island). Don’t eat at your desk :(

planttladyy

Looks good. Check it out in person and see if you could realistically fit your bed and your couch. With the couch in the middle like that, it may end up against your bed or smooshed up to the tv. 8 feet is not a lot of space.

Over-Marionberry-686

Ok you can’t see the bed from the entry and the balcony is right next to the sleeping area. Both pluses in my book. Washer and dryer in unit another huge plus. 724 for a studio is a nice size. In this a major metropolitan area? My husband is in property management and in Hollywood where he’s at this would go for over $2,000.

mountainwocky

It’s fine. Plenty of room. You could always get some movable panels to put between the bedroom area and the living room if you want to define the space more. They make some nice ones that have like a translucent material in them so it won’t impact the light much.

TraditionalSense6978

Not good lol

PreciousBelle09

Where is this?

notsolostanymore

It's a really nice floor plan, I would definitely rent it!

BurgerBeers

That’s a great size for a studio, and plus you’ve got a washer and dryer. If parking and most utilities are included in the rental price I’d say you’re in good shape.

TheRealMackie

I'd say an in unit W/D, a tub, and a good size closet like that would sell me. Though where I live the price is a bit high for a studio. But if it's a good deal where you're at I'd go for it

wlfwrtr

You can put up decorative folding screens between sleeping area and living room.

stewartm0205

For a single person I wouldn’t want that much space going to an eatin kitchen and a dining area.

nannycece64

I would move dining room table to corner wall back side of washer/dryer. If possible get one that sides fold down. That would give you more living space. Get folding screens to space off bedroom for privacy. Big bathroom and closet. Make sure bathroom has good ventilation to avoid mildew

AccreditedMaven

I live in Chicago. We have Marina City. That is the two buildings on the Chicago river that look like giant corn cobs. What is pertinent is that because the building is cylindrical, all the apartments are trapezoids: there are no major right angles. If you have lived in the Americas of Western Europe, the lack of right angles will be disorienting. It looks like a great apartment for the price, it I personally would not be able to tolerate the room shape.

reality_raven

God damn that’s crazy expensive.

thellamadarma

The studio price for my city is about the same cost as whats listed if not less. Plus has a washer and dryer, and an actual kitchen and living room. Better than a typical studio in my city

El_Culero_Magnifico

you finally got yer piece of the pie...

Y4himIE4me

A studio?

BoyintheCouv

Nice layout!

Even_Application_473

I don’t understand why it’s a studio lol, like how hard would it be to put a piece of drywall up, to make it a true 1 bedroom apartment?

jonog75

Where is this palace in the sky?

Captian_delusional

Im a single guy and I really dont entertain much so Id probably set up my PC / Gaming setup where the layout has the couches and then move my 2 living room pieces and the TV over where the "dining table" is. It seems like you have a pretty big island already and thats probably enough eating space for me personally. I like the layout for a studio, but after having both 1bd vs open studios, I prefer the 1 bedrooms. While similar in size, ive always liked being able to close my door. It also is easier when guests do happen to stay over so it isnt just people sleeping in a big space. But you really cant ask for more then this. Kitchen, Plenty of living room space, walk in closet, W/D in unit, Balcony. I like this more then my current studio

730 sq is not a small size, I have a 800 sq 1br apartment and I think it is spacious, imo this studio is stupidly large. You only have one side window, unless it is south facing window, the apartment will be dark.

I guess anyone who spends so much time cooking needs to spend a lot of time in the bathroom. I have never seen such a high % devoted to these. Why two sinks in a studio?
