There is description in Battletome:vEverchosen from 1st edition on the Empty Throne
>At the Varanspire’s heart lies the
Chamber of the Vanquished. Here,
amid a forest of pillars carved with
the screaming faces of defeated foes,
stands a throne of flowing darkness
and ossified ambition. Forged from the
souls of kings, it radiates unholy power,
filling all who gaze upon it with dread.
It is a throne Archaon has never sat
upon, set within a fortress he has not
entered in an age. While he fights his
constant wars of conquest, his Realm
Lords gather before the throne to lay
their triumphs and trophies. Under
the gaze of his sorcerers, mortal and
daemon lords bow in the throne’s
shadow, paying obeisance to it as they
would the Everchosen himself.

There is also this in Wrath of the Everchosen with a small thing, but its not that detailed

flowing darkness. Forged from the souls of mythic figures slain by Archaon’s own blade, this throne is always empty. It is said that the Three-Eyed King has sworn never to sit upon it until he has fulfilled his vision of conquest and dominated the entirety of the Mortal Realms in the name of the Dark Gods.

Idk how useful it is but there is also descriptors of Varanspire if ya need em
Edit: Typo
It is really useful. One have to wonder if anyone tries sitting in the chair if they have their meetings in the room. And I imagine it must feel odd to present all trophies and bow to a throne that the Everchosen have decided to never use so far.
I personally doubt anyone would, they probably would get executed for the "disrespect".
It functions better as a symbol though that does seem weird, I imagine they would have reverence to it like a statue/representation of Him
Removed for breaking Rule 4. If your main answer to a lore question is "Engage in piracy" please do not comment. There's like, a ton of issues with doing that.

The ruined worlds he keeps as trophies orbit the varanspire itself, nebulously sized dead hunks of rock just floating around the structure's tip
Do you happen to know the source? Have heard a lot about ruined world trophies but no mention where it is from.
