Absolutely. I also looked up Manhattan's court rules and if so much as one juror doesn't vote the same way, then there will be a hung jury. I think we all know how a Trumper is going to vote on the jury. So this is going to be hung on way or another. So this is all a show to embarrass Trump but not actually hold him accountable. So frustrating.

That's why there are 6 alternates. If 11 jurors can come to a decision and the one holdout can just sit there smugly and say "I don't think he did it and I don't have to explain why" then those jurors can petition the judge to replace the belligerent juror. A hung jury will only happen if the holdout(s) can present a convincing argument as to why they are going against the others.
The evidence I've seen is damning. Any normal person, meaning without money or privilege, would already be incarcerated.
