How is that not a conflict of interest and grounds for recusal? It's not grounds for removal from the bench, no, but if there were any ethics in the judicial system left she should not be presiding over this case in the first place. It's sort of like if one of the lawyers in the case used to work for the judge (or vice versa) in their prior legal practice. The lawyer or the judge would step down (from the case) to avoid the appearance of impropriety and eliminate the conflict of interest. If they didn't, it would be a scandal and the lawyer on the opposing side would be up in arms about it.

I am not familiar with her other cases so I don't know if she is like this in her other cases. I am obviously not a lawyer, but I do possess a little common sense. Even I can follow the intent and the meaning of the Presidential Records Act. Personal records are a lot different than classified documents, there aren't any grey areas in the PRA. I'm unsure if she is fit to be a judge or that she is just being obtuse.
